️ Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances : fridge, microwave, stove with oven, regular coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, blender and dishwasher. If you want to stay in for your meals, you have all the necessary tools, pots and pans, plates and silverware.

Living room has a nice sofa, two chairs where you can watch your favorite show on our large Smart TV. We have a large dining table with 4 chairs and a bench , in addition to bar stools.

️ Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, night stands, Smart TV, and a spacious dresser.

️ All Secondary Bedrooms have queen beds, dressers and TVs with Fire stick to log onto to any streaming service. We have 2 extra foldable single mattresses in case you have extra guests.

️ Bed , bath linens and kitchen rags are provided, few basics like toilet paper, kitchen roll , trash bags, dish liquid/pod and detergent pod may be placed on the kitchen counter to kick start your vacation but will not be replenished for the duration of the stay.

️We allow up to a max of 2 pets for a flat pet fee of $100 per stay.

Note: There is an exterior security camera facing the front driveway ONLY.

Bed & Bath linens and Kitchen rags are part of rental. A first night amenity kit is provided at check-in that includes house essentials to get your vacation started including toilet paper, kitchen paper roll , trash bags , detergent pods , and dishwasher pod and liquid. These items will not be restocked during the stay.

All bathrooms have hair dryers , we also provide 2 iron boxes with a iron stand that is placed near the washer and dryer.

Pets: We are pet friendly house , Our pet fee is flat $100 per stay. Also, we do not allow dogs to be on the beds at any time, so as to keep the comforters and pillows in pristine condition.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND travel insurance purchased privately that provides `trip interruption` protections, as well as coverage for natural disaster evacuations. Refunds for hurricanes will not be provided by the owner.
Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
Trash and Recycle pickup is on TUESDAYS.
Additional Trash Only pick up is on FRIDAYS.
Please leave all trash in trash bags or plastic bags.

Please do not pour grease down the Kitchen sink drain.

Please be diligent around grill with charcoal , please DO NOT attempt to clean up the burnt charcoal or ashes from the grill.
