Large outdoor space for hosting event, enjoying time relaxing or simply having a cookout while you enjoy the peace and quite of Sarasota. Enjoy the firepit and have a relaxing night under the string lights. Property also features a relaxing front porch to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect as we're walkers and it was an easy 15 minute walk to downtown Sarasota and all the amazing shops, restaurants and theatre. The house itself has a crisp, beachy vibe on the outside and all redone, clean and comfortable inside. Being that we stayed for the entire month of July, having great A/C was appreciated. Comfy living room and beds, huge TV. The hosts were simply amazing - anytime we needed anything, they were there in hours to make sure our stay was comfortable. We can't wait to go back!

Great Location in lovely neighborhood

This is a lovely house ideally located close to downtown Sarasota. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, walkable to everything. The home was comfortable and well-equipped. Our hosts were super accommodating and responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend this property for a stay in Sarasota!

Location -Location-Location

Best location in Sarasota for access to food, night life, and parks. Bicycle friendly and very safe. House is like new. TV's and wi-fi are the best I've had at a VRBO.

Great Sarasota Property

If you want to be in walking distance to downtown Sarasota and central to all that Sarasota has to offer, this is the place for you. It was clean, modern, and a peaceful home. Jay & Eri who own the place are some of the "best" property managers that we have encountered-always following up to ensure everything is perfect.

Excellent Location

Lovely home and close to everything! Very clean, bright and spacious home. Just my husband and I stayed here and it was perfect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Incredible Stay in Sarasota

This house was a great stay for a winter getaway in a nice location minutes from everything. Place was very clean and had extra amenities like beach towels and chairs which we used. The office space was also helpful to do some remote work from. My wife and I greatly enjoy our time. Host surprised us with a bottle a wine for our anniversary trip. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Time Away

My wife and I wanted to have a nice week away to explore Sarasota and surrounding areas with one of our daughters, who is in a wheelchair. We selected this property because of its location in a historic downtown Sarasota neighborhood, close location to shopping and dining within walking distance; and, we wanted to be close to the Legacy Biking / Hiking trail. We couldn't have been more pleased with all the above. We were able to walk with her in her hiking stroller to all our desired locations. The property is new and well done and very clean. Lastly, I work remotely and was able to work during our trip in the office area. Having a dedicated office area was significant for our trip. Overall, we highly recommend this property and owner.

Beautiful Laurel Park Cottage

This cottage had everything we needed for a great stay ! The location was quiet and walkable to great restaurants and tourist attractions such as the Farmers Market and Selby Botanical Gardens. The cottage was well equipped with new appliances and comfortable beds. The owners provided a great selection of teas and coffee, beach chairs and towels. There is a carport to keep your car off of the street, a wonderful front porch to enjoy your coffee and meet the friendly neighbors walking their dogs. The owners were responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

The moment we visited the city we fell in love with this vacation paradise and it was our objective to relocate and make Sarasota home The diversity, culture, gorgeous weather, and most of all the arts of the community make Sarasota one of the best small communities in the world.

Laurel Park is Sarasotas oldest community . Originally a fishing village in the early 1900's , many of todays historic still exist from the early 1900's. Its proximity to Main St and the bayfront makes this neighborhood an ideal location for residents and vacationers.
