2. The master bedroom, adorned with a king-sized bed, vanity unit, and
a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the pool,
features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom offers
a queen-sized bed, and its own bathroom, equipped with a shower unit,
is conveniently located across the hallway from the bedroom.
The space:
The apartment boasts a fully furnished open kitchen and a separate
laundry area with a washer and dryer for added convenience. The
spacious living room, with its attached balcony overlooking the
fountain and the iconic Burj Khalifa, is elegantly furnished with a
comfortable sofa, TV, arm chairs, and essential furniture.
Enjoy the building's amenities, including a large pool and gym, leisure
deck, two children's play areas, multifunction room, BBQ area, and a
multi-purpose court for a truly luxurious stay.
This apartment boasts a prime location, with direct access to Dubai
Mall from the building complex. It is approximately a 3-minute walk to
Dubai Mall Za'abeel (located adjacent to Dubai Mall, the seven-storey
retail space), and a 15-minute walk to the Dubai Metro via the Dubai
Mall bridge. Additionally, Gate Avenue is just a 7-minute drive away.
The property is 15 minutes away from Dubai International Airport and is
just a short driving distance from all the city's attractions.
Guest access:
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.
Other things to note:
We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and
at an additional cost if required.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and
basic shower amenities are provided.
Please note that you will be automatically charged The Dubai Tourism
Tax when you make a reservation.
We are very happy to accommodate a same day check in. Kindly note: If
the booking is made at 2pm or thereafter, please allow us, up to 60
minutes to prepare the space and coordinate your arrival. Can't wait to
