Not to mention the convenient world-class skiing and snowboarding at Snow Valley Mountain Resort, Snow Summit Ski Resort, and Bear Mountain Ski Resort all close by.

When you’re not lounging on the lake shores or shredding the slopes, kick back and relax in this home’s stylish, earth-toned interiors, adorned with modern furnishings and luxe accents. Gather around the fireplace, have a family movie night, or play pool in the game room! Home chefs will delight in the full kitchen’s high-end appliances, large island, and sparkling countertops when crafting each night’s delicious dinner menu. Don’t forget the mini-bar for tasty snacks and cold beverages! After a magical day on the mountain, take a rejuvenating bath in the large soaking tub, then retreat to the patio to share wine and laughs as the sun dips below the horizon. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
