Unbelievable trip

The Ritz Carlton Club was an amazing destination and we felt so lucky to have our family reunion there. It was the perfect location with a mix of things to do for adults and kids alike. The staff was super attentive and checked in on us often. Ken was a fantastic host and made sure our check in process and stay went smoothly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great resort for a family vacation

The three bedroom condo at the Ritz Club was great for our family of three couples, with two of them each having one toddler. The resort and the property were beautiful. The various swimming pool options were wonderful and enjoyed by all. The Club and Hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Everyone was friendly and glad we were there. The three restaurants on site were all very good as well as room service.

Amazing Views & Service

Our family loved staying here. All of the condos had an excellent view of the ocean and resort type service from staff. The pools, food, water sport equipment, and activities were wonderful and made the time fly. The property manager (Ken) reached out with a lot of excellent information regarding check-in, amenities, and local highlights. He was very helpful and available for questions. We would definitely book here again!

Fantastic property and location. Booking was easy. Amenities at club were perfect but can also use ritz amenities so multiple pools, hot tubs, beaches and restaurants to choose from. Food on property was excellent.

Beautiful Place

We’ve been to the USVI over 20 times. The Ritz is the nicest resort property on St Thomas / St John (like the Westin st John a lot, but a bit too spread out for us).The pools are great. The rooms are nice. The gym is good.The food is substandard. The beaches at the property are not super inviting, but for us, the quality and cleanliness overrides this.Ken is a great host. Responsive. Does what he says he will do. Will rent from him again.

Nicely appointed condo & friendly, helpful staff

Before you go, contact the Ritz Carlton Club and ask what's open and which events and activities are scheduled while you're there, as wells as food recommendations there and offsite (I received an email with details and links). The Ritz Carlton is a short taxi ride from Red Hook ($5/person one-way) for dining, ferry trips, Moe's Market. The property is nice but after a couple days, you'll want to explore beyond its gates. Plus, we had trouble getting restaurant reservations onsite. Nicely appointed condo, and the nicest staff. Great vacation.

Beautiful vacation

We stayed in the Lily building and it was marvelous. The unit was large and easily accommodated 5 with everyone able to have their privacy. We loved the Lilly location - could hear the ocean waves breaking at night and close to the beach. Service was outstanding, just like staying at the hotel. We found that the kitchen was also super helpful, we could make a quick lunch and maximize our time on the beach instead of waiting for a table and lunch to be served. We rented a car, which turned out to be very helpful traveling to Moe's to get supplies and also to Red Hook for dinner. Red Hook had a surprisingly large number of excellent restaurants, we only had one repeat dinner during the entire two week stay. We cannot be more positive about our experience and are already counting the days until we return.

Family Spring Break

If you are looking for a luxury vacation in the Caribbean, look no further. I decided to book a trip to St. Thomas, and particularly, the Ritz Carlton Club, at the recommendation of my best friend who has stayed a few times in the past. We had a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) and there was plenty of room for everyone in the sprawling three bedroom unit. The owner Ken was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was confirmed, we knew where we were going once we arrived, and we had some ideas of what to do during our stay. We ended up using Kelly's Taxis to get around the island, to and from the airport, to Red Hook, Koki Beach, Charlotte Amelie, etc. - that's the way to go, but honestly there's so much to do right at the Ritz complex that you shouldn't even have to leave the property except to go to the Food Center for groceries. That being said, you don't even have to do that as the Ritz has a grocery program and they will stock the fridge for you before arrival. Numerous pools (some adult only) and a couple of great beaches with two reef areas for snorkeling right off the beach. You really can't beat this place, at least on St. Thomas from what I could tell this is by far the best place to stay on the island. The concierges are extremely helpful and the daily maid service was key - take advantage and treat them well, as they will help make your stay even easier and more enjoyable.

St Thomas’s Best

Stayed in St Thomas several times and this was by far the best. Ritz level services, property was pretty nice, and restaurants were very good.
