This 10-unit-cozy and inviting apartment is the perfect place to call home during your stay. With its modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, you`ll have everything you need to feel right at home. The apartment features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you`ll need. With its convenient location, you`ll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Book now for a memorable and comfortable stay!
- LIVING ROOM - spacious enough for 6 people.
- BEDS - the villa features a spacious queen bed, queen sofa bed, and a full pull-out bed, providing ample room for up to 6 guests.
- KITCHEN - fully equipped kitchen for your delicious meals.
- BATHROOM - clean and cozy for your stay.
- This unit is separate from the main building and is in the basement. You will have to go down several steps to get to Unit # 10.
- There is NO elevator. Stairs ONLY.
- PARKING: Street parking only. Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.
- Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different.
- FIREPLACE - Please do NOT use it for safety purposes.
-PETS - We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.
- Working remotely? No problem! There is a DEDICATED WORKSPACE for you!

***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT*** - Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the 11:20am. - Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property. - PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees. - HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit If your stay is from December to February. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.

Great stay!
Pros: The location was perfect - walking distance from a couple of cute restaurants and coffee shops! You’ve got to check out the winery down the block!! The apartment was modern and very well updated!Cons: Don’t request to check in early, due to their “cleaning standards,” they do not allow any early check in. Despite the no smoking apartment, the apartment smelt very heavily of cigarette smoke :(

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The location was absolutely ideal, and the property itself was quite remarkable! I adored the art Deco accents like the beautiful intricate crown moldings. The glass wall was also a unique touch! The exposed pipes gave nifty industrial vibes, although it was a little strange hearing the water rushing by - but we got used to it quickly. It was an awesome staycay and I highly recommend this unit!
