This Review is for the actual Property we stayed in not this listing

I had a mixed experience with this property. While the unit itself was clean and spacious, and the water pressure was great, the booking process and communication were very disappointing. I wasn’t informed that the unit had been overbooked until I arrived and had already been trying to reach the owner for arrival instructions. This last-minute switch to another unit caused a delay and made me late for the concert I was in town to attend.The alternate location was decent but had its drawbacks. There were a lot of stairs, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The beds were uncomfortable, and the heating/cooling system wasn’t balanced—cold in the front living area and uncomfortably warm in the bedrooms.Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and space, but the lack of communication and last-minute switch were frustrating. I hope the owner improves responsiveness moving forward.
