Inconsistent communication
We stayed here for four nights and there was six of us plus my dog, that u did pay a pet fee of 150 for. They only gave us six towels and four wash cloths.. there was only one roll of paper towels as well. The first night the A/C froze up and the fridge wasn’t getting cold so we had to call the emergency line. They offered to send us to a new location but it was already like 8-9pm and we had already unpacked, bought groceries, and extra paper towels and toilet paper. We did not like this solution. They ended up sending someone out the next day to refresh the Freon. That same night an eagle property management called me and tried to tell me since I didn’t pay a pet fee they would waive that due to the inconvenience. At this point u was very upset and corrected her stating I did in fact pay a fee and eagle properties needs to get it together, she apologized and offered any other services to which I requested they come look at the fridge again and for extra towels she told me they would bring towels and they never did. Also, before that she mentioned us setting the towels out for someone to come pick up? I told her we have a washer and dryer and that since they only gave us the six what else were we supposed to use? She was very confused and not concerned in the slightest. Also the plastic chairs out back were all broken except two.. very trash. I personally wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this property or any property by eagle management or whatever to anyone.
