The property was great! It was close to the freeway, great space for a large family, was well stocked and was located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The owner left treats, coffee, hot chocolate and water which was a very nice touch. We had a wonderful stay. The only downside was we didn’t spend much time at the rental due to visiting family. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a great beautiful home. I loved how big it was and everything was clean and tidy. The family is so responsive. Kitchen was fully equipped and it was right next to a beautiful park and a gym in walking distance. So it’s a fantastic location.

Every once in a while I hesitate to write a review because I want to keep a fantastic property a secret, but then I'm compelled to acknowledge the efforts of superior hosts. This place was wonderful! We especially enjoyed the beautiful backyard. In spite of temperatures near 100 the shaded backyard and patio ceiling fans made it absolutely comfortable. The home's layout was perfect and the owner's thoughtful touches made it a place we would love to rent again. Hopefully it will be available!

The host kindly allowed us to check in earlier than 4, which was great because we were at the airport atc4 am for our flight.The host also provided some welcome snacks and cold water. If you are looking for an affordable, safe, comfortable home base close to Phoenix and surrounding areas, we highly recommend this listing This lovely house was our home for our brief visit to Arizona for a family event. It is within a few minute drive to all the venues we needed to be and a 20 minute drive to the airport. The house itself is lovely, spacious, immaculately clean and well appointed with all the amenities we could have wanted. It’s in a neighborhood near a large park with restaurants and shopping minutes away. The kitchen, dining, family area with big screen tv were the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. There is a second living area with a tv so if you have a large group there is room for everyone to spread out and relax. There is a lovely green space back yard with a large porch for eating and lounging in the morning and evening, when it’s not so hot. The home has 3 spacious bedrooms - a large primary suite with a double vanity and shower, and 2 comfortable bedrooms with adjoining bath with tub. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2 living spaces to relax, it’s the perfect place for a family vacation in the Phoenix/Tempe area. Our hosts were easy to contact and very responsive to a few questions we had when we arrived. There was even a welcome gift basket with snacks and water. Thank you Ernest & Mary for sharing your lovely home with us while we were in Tempe! We hope to stay with you again on our next visit.

We loved staying in this charming home. It’s super clean and lovely. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought and kindness into it. We were surprised and delighted the hosts had snacks and cold water waiting for us when we arrived. The back patio is a perfect place for morning coffee, and the kitchen is a dream. My husband really enjoyed playing the beautiful baby grand piano, and we had lots of fun walking to a nearby park. The location is great for getting around all the local attractions. We will stay here again. Thank you for such a great stay!
