Relax and enjoy this modern beautifully appointed Guesthouse Cabin with an abundance of exceptional privacy and a peaceful setting tucked back facing the Green Swamp Forrest with serene views and a whole lot of nature.

The space
Guest Cabin is fully furnished with a fully furnished Kitchen and modern Tuscany Stone Bathroom. 50 inch HDTV Loaded with channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime along with 400 megs of free wifi. Enjoy complimentary Starbucks Coffee with in house Keurig Machine. In Cabin Washer and Dryer along with large walk-in closet. Lots of living space to relax in quiet deep woods privacy.

Guest access
The Guesthouse Cabin is all yours with a fully furnished private kitchen and complimentary washer and dryer in house. You are always welcome to visit the main house for complimentary Starbucks Coffee, Fresh brewed Iced Tea and Cocacola beverages anytime.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: We have two friendly Golden Retriever dogs that that love everyone. You may come in to contact with them. Please let me know if that is an issue with you and we will make the necessary adjustments.

This property is located centrally just a few miles from I-4 with Walt Disney World and Busch Gardens Tampa only 45 minutes away in either direction and Legoland less than 20 minutes away. Great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.

Adams Estate Wedding and Event Venue is less than 5 minutes from my Airbnb.

Baycare Winterhaven Hospital is 10 minutes away making this location ideal for Medical Professionals that need a quiet and comfortable stay.

Winterhaven Municipal Airport is just minutes away.

Everything was good and it continued to be, we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the overall amenities. One thing that's not mentioned in the add is the owner lives on site. But he was pleasant and didn't bother us. Our dog was allowed and he would let us know when he let his out. So no problems with the animals. It was a good stay!

The cottage was nice and cozy and very pet friendly. It was very close to the Lake Alfred bike trail that we rode into Winter Haven during our stay. We did enjoy our stay....but the neighborhood was a little iffy. Ed was alway available with any request or question we had.

Ed is amazing and tentative to your needs! There was a problem with the air not properly working so we ended up leaving a day earlier, but Ed refunded that day which was very kind. The cabin is cute and pretty private. When we initially rented it last year it was just 2 people but 2 of our teen kids were able to come as well so we were a little cramped but it was a nice time. Bathroom is small and no counter space. No other mirror anywhere other than the bathroom so that made it hard for 4 people, but shower is amazing with plenty of hot water! Kitchen is ready to make a meal with plenty of space for storage. Bed is memory foam with a basic frame (if you’re a bigger person like myself you will be uncomfortable ). We arrived in the evening and the board walk walkway was nicely lit up. Cabin could use a deep clean. Easily accessible to a lot of the surrounding area which was very nice.

This is a great little gem of a place to stay in a quiet little local neighborhood. It is perfect for two people and a pet! Our five-month-old Golden Retriever loved playing with their three dogs in the fenced-in yard. Ed was a really great host, engaging, and thoughtful. Only an hour to the Winter Park/Orlando area and close to the Bok Tower Gardens. Loved it there.

Quiet comfort

Suited our needs perfectly we travel with a dog and we had a very large fenced yard and a cozy cabin to ourselves. Very serene and host is very friendly. 2 golden retrievers add to atmosphere. We will rwturn.

Amazing Cabin

The cabin was amazing just what we were looking for. Our host Mr Edwin was very attentive and very helpful. He helped us unload our luggage and get settled in. He was attentive through the stay and always made sure to make sure we had everything we need and made sure that there wasn’t anything he could do for us. 5 stars we will recommend this cabin to others and we will be retuning.

Very nice little cabin! Owner and his staff very pleasant and accommodating! I am currently experiencing an ambulation issue, and the walk from the car to the cabin was a little challenging for me. Gate allows easy access and there is a wooden walkway to the property. The property has everything you could want and need for your stay. The property is VERY accessible to restaurants and shopping! I would recommend a stay here.

The delightful owner made every effort for our stay to be comfortable. The cute cottage studio was thoughtfully done but in need of deep cleaning and touch up. Neighborhood was a bit odd, but we loved the dogs and hanging out on the deck. Thank you!

The manager was super friendly. Our two little dogs enjoy the extra large fenced in playground. The property was clean and quiet and private.

Wonderful place to stay!

Cabin was well appointed and clean. A few minute walk to the lake to enjoy the indigenous wildlife. Great restaurants a few minute drive away. Amazing hospitality. Stay here; you wont be sorry!

Comfy cozy and convenient

Private cottage with fenced in grounds for our pup was near bike trails and business we had in Winter Haven. It was quiet and rustic and out host Ed checked in with us ensuring we had everything we needed. We would come back!

Unique experience

The cottage is basically in the backyard of the owner. It feels very safe and secure and private. The cottage is very clean. Edwin the owner actually purchased a new couch because we complained about the original one. He was very helpful and open to suggestions. You must like dogs if you stay there as they are out in the backyard at various times of the day. They are very nice dogs. There is a nearby walking/ biking trail and lake access if you are a kayaker. Close to Disney but in a very quiet town.
