One level excellent remodeled 2 bedroom basement apartment on wooded medium bank sheltered 3/4 acre waterfront property.
In city on dead end road yet secluded. One block away from 24 hr. WinCo shopping, restaurants, major transit bus line to Seattle ferries including fast ferries, and close to Kitsap airporter with frequent SeaTac connections.
Going to FIFA? You don't need to drive there and we're not raising prices.
3 Kayaks, 2 rowboats, sheltered buoy, swim raft and also a charter boat w/licensed skipper buoyed out front.
Easy access to airporter or bus line to Bremerton/Seattle ferry.
RV and boat trailer parking available.
Offering weekly rates until May 1.

We loved Randy’s cozy space, property & calm beautiful view of Oyster Bay tucked in the woods centrally located to everything including shopping, coffee shops & highway. I cooked many of our meals as the kitchen was well stocked. Randy was a great host and so much fun to meet. I recommend this property to anyone that would like to see the Bremerton/Silverdale & Kitsap County area and all of its natural beauty.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and check out was easy. Beautiful view! WinnCo grocery within 1 mile and Walgreens was close. Host was extremely attentive and friendly. Would come back!

This was a very nice location with easy aceess to main roads and groceries. A visit during the summer months would be nice, as there is a great view of the bay from the fire pit area. We had a wonderful stay. Check in was easy, hosts were very accommodating and friendly! The unit was a great size, clean and well furnished. Location is perfect and the view of the water was the cherry on top! Would definitely book again.

Easy to find, good location, decent kitchen, and exactly as described! If anything it looks nicer in-person than in the pictures. Only downside is you can hear the owners footsteps/voices upstairs but the place still has a private feel.

Host answered any questions we had. Property was beatiful and right on the water. Place was perfect for vacation and we were able to relax for the week. There's so much to do and in perfect location close to everything.

This property did not match its listing very well. A cleaning checklist was left out on a shelf with nothing checked off, and it showed throughout the unit.Living room: Musty odor upon entry, visible spiderwebs in the corners, and crumbs lined the floorboards.Kitchen: Crumbs were also present along the floorboards here.Bathroom: Holes in the tub wall, scratches throughout the tub, and a broken light/exhaust fan fixture.Bedroom: We found long dark hair on the sheets before ever using the bed. Notably inconsistent with the cleaner's described hair (short, light brown), and my short brown hair, raising doubts about whether linens were changed between guests. The lampshade had a significant water stain, and the dresser was visibly worn.HVAC: The furnace filter was caked in dust, clearly overdue for changing. The resulting poor air quality triggered my asthma during the stay.Grounds: The listing advertises lakefront access with kayaks and boats, but the stairway to the lake was overgrown and in disrepair — enough that a warning sign was posted citing dangerous conditions. The boats were also overgrown and inaccessible.I reported these issues to VRBO directly rather than the hosts, as I was staying in the host's basement and didn't feel comfortable raising concerns in person. The hosts responded with frustration about the reporting process rather than properly addressing the conditions.I can't recommend this property until these issues are resolved.

The linens we're washed.\nAnd fresh sheets on the bed , no one has black hair but him, the sign was there because it's medium bank waterfront. We got a call at 1230 at night from VR BO about his complaints.He had been there for 8 hours.\n He took.\n The cover off the wall to look at the filter\n Had he called us.\n We would have gone down and replaced it by ones we keep on hand. First thing we did in the morning is knock on his door to do that. He didn't answer and then left half hour later. If you look at our past reviews\n You would see this as extremely overreacting, and we sure didn't appreciate the call after midnight from VR B0 our\n Number was right there.\n On his coffee table i feel bad for anyone that rents to him
