Parking was kinda tight. Communication with Jacob was supurb. It would have been nice to have a binder with rules and regulations for the property like I've seen at other places. I had to ask for a checkout procedure but jacob communicates quickly. There were no extra garbage bags but we used grocery bags we had.

moab stay

It was extremely clean and comfortable. We were very comfortable and pleased with it. It had everything you needed except dish and hand soap. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beds

It’s an ok older mobile home. The screen door was stuck wide open for our whole stay, there was a vent in the bedroom door that kept falling out, I could deal with those. My biggest frustration was the washer didn’t work, and I contacted the owner who gave me a local number that I called and they never got back to me, so after exploring parks all day we had a load of laundry that got wet and soap on them, but we could never get it to wash, that we had to deal with. The owner did get back to us at 9:45 at night and offered to let us use a different sites laundry, but we had already brought it to the laundromat. The positive the beds were particularly comfortable.

I understand how frustrating it must have been after a long day of exploring to find it not working properly and not get a timely response from the local contact. I do appreciate you mentioning that I followed up later that evening and offered an alternative, though I understand by that time you had already made other arrangements. We’ve addressed the washer and are also fixing the screen door and the vent in the bedroom door to prevent this from happening again. My family and I were so excited when we came across this place for a last minute spring break trip. The size was great with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The price was really reasonable so we booked right away. Check in was smooth and easy. And then we walked into unit 5. Mysterious splatters all over the walls. Gunk on the kitchen cabinets. Stains on the throw pillows (doubt they've ever been washed) and crusty gunk on the arm chair. Sheets and pillows on the bed were clean, to be fair. And the beds were comfortable. There was a big metal vent cover in the kitchen that was broken and wouldn't stay up. It kept falling on us (including my toddler) when we'd walk past it. The shower handle was busted in one of the bathrooms so we couldn't use that shower. The shower drain plugs were growing a TON of mold. Its was gross. When I reached out to the management company, I was told someone would get in contact with me. No one did. Someone did show up to replace a toilet seat though, which was appreciated because it was cracked and when you sat on it, it pinched your bum. Overall, it was still a great size for the price, right in Moab but I'm still a little grossed out by the place.
