Perfect for family getaways or reunions with friends, this relaxing home provides the perfect location to experience the outdoors while also offering endless entertainment from home. Head to Hurricane Marina and rent a boat, or visit one of the nearby parks for an afternoon hike. Challenge friends to a game of ping pong or pool. Fire up the grill for a cookout, then enjoy your meal on the deck while taking in the scenic views!
The property also offers a beautiful neighborhood pool and workout facility overlooking Center Hill Lake (hours of operation are controlled by the HOA).

Best host, we arrived Friday afternoon and one of the smoke detectors kept beeping and Aaron our house made 1 hour drive to fix it, he was amazing

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The home has a limited view of the lake. Really enjoyed the hot tub and screened porch. The home was and had all we needed for a enjoyable weekend exploring the nearby state parks. Only downside is the pool table/sticks need work and couldn't really be used. However we would return. Smithville is a very small country town. We really enjoyed the local restaurant Twisted Oaks.

Lovely home with room to roam

We stayed at this home with the intention of using it as our home base for excursions to a few state parks to hit some biking / hiking trails. Our stay was early spring, so the community pool wasn't open yet, but the boys had fun biking up and down the road to the pool location and the home was big enough for them to play hide-and-seek indoors (it got a bit chilly once the sun went down - again, we were there in early spring). We used the hot tub nearly every day - that was great to have after a day of biking/hiking. The boys also made use of the ping pong table and pool table (although only one cue stick was usable - the others were missing the tips). Evening meals in the screened porch were lovely (and very quiet, since there weren't many other people there during the week). All in all we had a great stay. The host was very communicative and accommodating. From our perspective, the only drawback was the drive to the house (windy, narrow roads pulling a large trailer) and the very steep driveway in the back (not really usable). Since the community pool wasn't open, we were able to park on the street at the entry level for the house without causing any issues with traffic (we only saw a few other homes with people in them - so not a lot of traffic). The views are lovely and it is definitely tranquil.

We chose this neighborhood because of all the beauty and fun it has to offer. The beautiful views of the lake and amazing pool/workout room that the community offers was a huge plus for us. Our home offers some of the most amazing sunset views and relaxing moments.
