This Uber Luxurious NYC-style Penthouse is an air-conditioned self-catering apartment located in a secure apartment complex in the heart of Cape Town, on a leafy pedestrian street which leads straight to the cafes and pubs of Green Market Square and Long Street.
The apartment is deliberately designed to give you a feeling of openness and minimalism and freedom from clutter. Ideal for families and groups of friends, this sprawling loft spread over 2 levels features a full kitchen, entertainment bar, lounge and over 150-square meters of space. The apartment has three full length double glazed windows with interesting views of the city center street life below.
This open-plan penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a large living area. Each bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and washbasin. The upstairs bedroom has a bathtub in it. The apartment sleeps 6 people. Two each in the bedrooms and 2 on the queen-size bed in the living room which shall be made upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The dining area contains a large dining table and chairs besides the entertainment bar with stools. The lounge area features a smart TV.
The apartment has ZERO power outages. It has 1 secure parking bay. Free, super-fast Wi-Fi is available.
