Welcome home! You will have the entire house and the attached garage all to yourself! Walk in to an open area where you can see the living room, dining room and kitchen. Enjoy the Roku TV, or read a book and relax after exploring the historic spots in the surrounding areas. You can also play some board games and spend time with your love ones in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has all the day to day cooking essentials. A newly installed R.O. system provides clean water to drink and cook without any plastic wastes. A short driving distance to the major auto manufacturers and the new battery plants. Less than 20 minutes to Kokomo downtown and the IUK. During the summer, you can also launch your boat at the nearby public docks or enjoy summer concerts and festivals! The Level 1 charger is provided upon request. Save the gas money and treat yourself to a local ice cream shop which is just a few steps away.

This was our bi-annual trip to Indiana from Tennessee for Christmas and the amenities were pleasant. Just as described. Pricing was reasonable. Although we didn’t spend too much time in the rental, what time we did spend was enjoyable. Cozy atmosphere and the best part of being in a small town is having everything so close. The host communicated well.

NAIA National Track Finals

Had a wonderful stay at our cute little place in Greentown, IN. Grandson was racing in the Steeplechase; and we had the perfect place to relax. Cathy was so kind and accommodating. She gave recommendations for restaurants, etc. We took advantage of her list; and she was spot on. Thank you, Cathy. We hope to come again!!
