The positives were the location the set up of the apartment and the bonus fauna outside our beautiful ceiling to floor sliders. The housekeeper was very friendly. There were several issues during our stay. When we arrived it was dark and there were NO lights that lit up the stairs this a safety issue as both myself and wife slipped. This was true on each of the nights of our stay. The host said that the instructions were in the app but we sent a pic of what was given to us and there were no check in instructions with code. The apartment was not very clean. There were bugs stuck in webs in the corners of the bedrooms and bathroom. Otherwise seemed very clean. The shower had extremely low pressure. We were barely able to rinse out the shampoo in our hair and we have short hair. The temperature of the water was warm never getting hot. This was the same in the kitchen while doing dishes. The door to the master bathroom is not working. On our first day there we asked for a blanket. The host responded early in the morning and said if its a regular blanket then the housekeeper will provide one the next day! But if its a heavy blanket the house does not come with one. The tv remote does not work so we couldnt watch tv. The last night o tried to use the oven but it was unclear how to work oven i reached out to hoat and necer gor a reaponse. I whatsapp him as he instructed. I have stayed in lots of places and the first time i am leaving a less then stellar review.
