About this space
Private entrance, quiet studio retreat behind house in a nice family neighborhood. Attached to a separate garage behind the main house. Includes its own private bathroom, microwave & fridge. Black out curtains keep the room dark if needed. The backyard is privately fenced, nothing special, and has patio chairs you can sit on and relax. 55" flatscreen; AppleTV with Netflix, Amazon, HBOmax. Super-Fast Wifi! Plenty of street parking. Easy self check-in. Laundry and gym access. NO PETS.
The space
Newly renovated, super-clean, private entrance studio with queen bed and bathroom. Adjustable height workspace. Heated room with fresh white linens, wash cloths, towels. 55 inch flat screen AppleTV with Hulu, HBO, Netflix, Amazon Video. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee/tea maker, dishes and utensils. Body wash in the shower. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer included. Fiber optic Gigabit internet speed! Early bag dropoff available.

Studio suite, back yard, laundry and gym access.
Other things to note
There are multiple public EV car chargers at the school around the corner open to the public after 5pm. You can download an app to access and pay for them at a reduced rate.
Tesla superchargers are 4 miles away at Stanford Mall and in San Carlos.
Enter backyard through gate at left side of house. Follow path to white door on rear garage with numeric keypad for entry. At night, automatic lights will light up these areas.
