This is an exceptional property in every good way.Amenities included in this property,are laundry soaps, bath soaps and hand soaps. The host has thoughtfully labeled every light switch which is super helpful when there are many switches in one place. Other labels are used in various places which helps keep things very organized and easy to find. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. It is very user friendly. Overall this property feels luxurious, and is tastefully decorated. The master bath most certainly is a beauty with upgraded finishes. Other bathrooms are very nice as well.The location is good for access to Riverwalk and downtown plus other shopping areas.This property deserves a 5star PLUS rating.!!!!!

Great place to stay. Small hiccup with check in but was resolved quickly & easily. Host was very easy to contact regarding this issue. Unit was well appointed & very clean.The air fresheners used in the unit were a bit overpowering upon arrival.Unit is on a fairly busy street but only minimal noise from traffic

This is a beautiful home in a very accessible neighborhood. Lauren is an amazing host, from answering questions during our stay to providing everything from toiletries to laundry detergent. You can definitely tell she cares about her guest and the time she has pit into her property is very evident.

Our stay was great. The only thing about the place was that there were a few things that were broken and had to communicate with the owners, they were very good about communicating back. This did not make our stay bad it was just worried that we were going to be charged, but they were very good about getting those items fixed. Some of the furniture seemed not so sturdy so was afraid to sit on them like the kitchen bench . Other than that great place . I would definitely stay here again.

A good location for visiting our U of U student. Very clean and comfortable. Close to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and airport. We appreciated the off street parking as well. The pool was nice in the heat. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to use other amenities but would stay here again.

One of our favorites!

Had a wonderful time. Townhome was clean, comfortable, with an amazing kitchen! Easily accessible to several shopping areas, parks, and historic sites. Will definitely be back.

Lovely condo near the snake river

Our family of 4 recently stayed at this property. Beds were comfortable. House was inviting and beautiful. We were in close proximity to the LDS Temple, shopping and great restaurants.

Great place!

We had a very nice stay in Idaho Falls. The place was new, clean, and had lots of room to spread out. Lauren was very responsive during the check-in process and helped us get into the rental. The location was perfect for us, close to downtown Idaho Falls and close to the highway. The road was a little noisy, but quieted down at bed time.

Very comfortable

We really enjoyed the house. It had plenty of room for our whole family. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for the clutter free decorations as well. It allowed for a relaxing weekend.

Visit with family

The property was very nice and clean. It was an easy check-in and check out process and it was very close to everything. The only slight drawback was it was a little hard to pull in and out of the driveway; it can be done but you have to have a little patience and move slow. All in all, we would rent the property again.

Overall a nice place, neighborhood was a bit ... unremarkable. Should have a waste/trash receptacle in the kitchen rather than hanging a plastic bag by a drawer handle. They really need to repair the south side overhead guide/track that allows the garage door to travel up and down. It is falling off the ceiling attachment and may come down on some's vehicle with potential damage.

Clean and Cozy!

We were only in town for one night but prefer renting a home versus a hotel...with four kiddos, it's much easier to have more space:)!! The home was super, super clean and fresh smelling!! The beds were all very comfortable. The home is essentially new and very well maintained. We're in town for hockey tournaments multiple times and have definitely found our new go-to!!! The owner was very responsive and great to work with!
