The house is spacious with a large family gathering area, a screened in porch and a front porch. There are 5 bedrooms, including 2 downstairs bedrooms. There are also 4 full bathrooms, including 2 downstairs. The house has high end finishes including quartzite countertops, 2 Bosch dishwashers, tankless hot water heaters, jetted tub, gas fireplace, oven and dual wall oven, range, microwave, full-size refrigerator, beverage fridge, king size master bedroom with 15 foot ceilings, gas grill, a master bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and The kitchen table seats 12 and the kitchen island seats another 4. Outdoor dining for 8 is also available on the screened in porch at another dining table.

There is driveway parking for at least two cars. The house has central air and heat and is open year-round.

The house is located right next the Grindley Aquatic Center on a quiet street for kids to ride their bikes.

The house is located inside the Lakeside Chautauqua Historic Community.

Prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals during the Lakeside season from Memorial Day to Labor Day. No pets please.

Lakeside Chautauqua is an extraordinary community and perfect for a family vacation. There is daily programming from Memorial Day to Labor Day, your kids will love God Squad and Middle Grade Madness ("MGM"). Lakeside is like travelling back in time to simpler time. The community includes a pier for strolling or fishing, downtown shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, movie theater, parks, splash pad, pool with water slides, wellness center, playgrounds, basketball, sand volleyball, gaga ball, walking trails, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, mini golf, art classes, worship, dockside worship, exhibits, and classes.

Lakeside also boasts Ohio's Most Beautiful Mile, along the Lake Erie shoreline. Outside of the gates, Lakeside is close to Cedar Point, Port Clinton and Catawba.

The rental includes the use of a brand new 6 seater golf cart ($500+ value for a weekly rental). The golf cart is available from May through September. You have to have a valid drivers license and must be 21 to operate the golf cart. The golf cart can only be used inside the Lakeside gated community. The golf cart needs to be charged every night.
