Perfect house for what we needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. This was the second time staying in this one. Each time it has been ready for us - nice and clean. My only complaint about the property would be since we decided to cook the entire time, we were there, the kitchen is a little small, so we kept getting in each other's way. Next time, either we eat out or rent a house with a bigger kitchen.

Loved the location and the place was a great family trip and everyone enjoyed it. host responded quickly on questions that I had , loved the views was nice to sit outside and have my coffee in the morning. air conditioner worked great as it was a hot weekend and rooms were clean.

The host was great, and the check-in process was super smooth. A couple of things worth noting. The paper given to me at the front desk for the Wi-Fi was not for the correct Wi-Fi. This wasn’t a big deal because there are Wi-Fi passwords and logins around the house that worked. Two main concerns that I had was that the Wi-Fi did not reach the outside bedroom, and cell service was poor, which made it difficult for our kids in the main part of the house get a hold of us if they needed us. A Wi-Fi extender can definitely help that. Additionally, in our outside bedroom in our two-night stay, we killed five large cockroaches that were on our floors and our walls. We didn’t see any in the main house, but they seem to really like the outside room, which made it a little uneasy to sleep. Other than that, beautiful little house right on the beach. family had a blast.

Javier was amazing at check in. He helped us out with great information and directions. House was incredible! They have bidets!! Surprised it took so long to realize the value on septic. Make sure to bring your own drinking water or plan on buying some there. Will stay again and again. Looking forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful time here with our small children. The beach is lovely and we had perfect weather in late November. The house is very comfortable and clean with colorful tile work. There is lots of kitchenware and sand toys. Overall a fantastic stay.

A great place in a secluded area!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you’re looking for a place that’s outside the hustle of the Malecon and resorts, staying in Las Conchas is a great choice. Casa de Juega is fantastic. It’s on a beautiful and very clean section of beach, quiet mornings and evenings, occasional vendor offering fresh mangoes and beverages, and right on the water.Just know that there are some quirks about stays in this area. Water can be low pressure and need to be mindful of use, septic systems, etc. Nothing major but just something to be mindful of.Highly recommend renting direct with Oceano! They are quick to respond to inquiries and provide assistance whenever needed whenever we needed something.

Welcoming place to stay

This property was a very enjoyable long weekend for us. It had plenty of room for just the two of us, but left such a warm welcome that we would rent this property again with our adult children along for the trip. Clean, cozy and everyone was super helpful!

Everything you could ask for, one spot.

Probably my most favorite place in Penasco! This area is peaceful, clean, not to crowded, and the house was so clean and well equipped. We had such an amazing time here, we will be going back.

Family vacation

The place was well-stocked and super clean. Had absolutely no issues. Check-in/out was a breeze. A nice place right on the beach…couldn’t have asked for more! Will definitely be returning.

This was a beautiful casita right on the beach. The unobstructed access to the beach with beautiful views and warm water was priceless. The casita is new or very recently renovated and had all of the amenities we could ask for in our 3 night stay. We cooked in the kitchen looking out through the open plan living room and the big sliding glass doors to the ocean. The casita is spacious and having 2 bathrooms (with bidet toilets! ) felt luxurious. This is a quiet part of Penasco and well away from the bustle of the big tourist infrastructure.

Best Place

Best place to stay in Los Conchas for beach access and fishing. Have rented before on second row. Worth renting right on the beach. Had a great time. Excellent property! Clean, updated, nothing negative about this one!

Lovely well-equipped property

We love the tile in this property, especially in the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, much better than most. The location right on the beach is perfect for us. Our only problem was that one day it ran out of water. In general, would highly recommend this property.
