Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This stunning vacation rental house is located just 8 minutes away from the beautiful beach, offering you the best of both worlds - a tranquil retreat with convenient access to sun and sand. If you want to use the pool in the winter season, our pool has a heater. only for the winter season: October to May. You just need to let us know 24 hours in advance to heat it to 85 degrees. This may change depending on the weather.
As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area to the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare delicious meals and entertain guests.

The house boasts three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each providing a peaceful sanctuary for rest and relaxation. With comfortable beds, ample storage space, and stylish decor, you'll feel right at home from the moment you step inside. The two bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space and privacy.

The house and pool were very nice. Carlos was very helpful with anything we asked him. The neighborhood was not as nice as we expected. Some of the houses were still trying to clean up the yards from the storms last year. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent Stay!

House was as shown in listing. Kids loved the pool used it almost everyday on our week stay. Outdoor area is very nice. Great location. 10-15 minutes from beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by. Did daily morning walk at Riverwalk preserve 10 minutes away. Owner was very responsive during stay. Would recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful Home

The home, location, pool and homeowner were great. Homeowner was very responsive and helpful. Yard needs some TLC. We were short towels but they were in the dryer. We didn't find them until the day we left but homeowner tried to assist. Beaches and restaurants close by and uber was easy to access. I would stay there again and do recommend the property. We had a wonderful time there.

Great place for an extended stay

House is very well stocked for an extended stay. The owner is great to work with and checked in us several times to make sure the pool & everything was OK.It’s only 4 miles to Anna Maria Is across the Cortez Bridge. Slightly farther across the Manatee Bridge. Overall it’s a good location. I would definitely recommend this place.

We attended an event at IMG and choose to rent a house rather than a hotel. 2 adult and two teens.House has a nice appearance. The pool was heated which was nice. Coffee was provided and gift from the host which was nice. Could use some more towels there, but there was a washer and dryer which allowed us to clean them as needed

Lovely Home Not Far from Beaches and Ither Sights

We spent several nights in this quite elegant home as Hurricane Helene “refugees.” The home is lovely with ample space for at least six guests. There is a large, caged pool - which we did not use - with outdoor games and a grill. The kitchen and the appliances, along with the two bathrooms, have been tastefully updated. The host is extremely gracious and responsive!

Bright House is Superb!!!

We were only in Bradenton for a couple of days, but this house was immaculate. Everything was just as pictured. The house even has extras for the beach and the pool. Location was very convenient to all of the surrounding areas, yet very quiet and peaceful as well. The host was great and accommodating. This is house is my favorite VRBO rental to date.

It was a wonderful vacation. In this cozy house you can enjoy a wonderful swimming pool. The house has everything you need for living and relaxing. There is enough space in the backyard to relax and play games. The owner of the house was very polite and responsible. Quiet and cozy area. Nearby there are various shops, restaurants, etc. And also nearby there are various beaches where you can have a good time and enjoy the atmosphere. Also on one of the beaches there is a free parking lot with a toilet. Good places for walks near the beaches. I recommend this house to everyone.

Beautiful, quiet retreat!

Great place to stay and relax! Beautifully remodeled, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and wonderful pool space! The pool is not heated, so it was a little chilly, but still very nice & refreshing. Roku TVs in each of the bedrooms and in the outdoor space. The neighborhood is quiet. Close to a huge park. The beach on Anna Maria Island is only 6ish miles away, but if you leave during beach traffic it's about a 30 minute drive. When we returned at night, it was only 10-15 minutes. Coquina beach toward the south end of the island is very beautiful (amazing powdery sand), and was less crowded than the beaches to the north. Having a couple of chairs and a beach umbrella available was very appreciated! Only a couple of minor things that could be improved. We like ceiling fans to circulate air. The master bedroom doesn't have one. We couldn't get the fan to turn on in one of the other rooms, and in the 3rd bedroom the fan could only be on when the light is on (not ideal for sleeping). The kitchen could use another frying pan and a smaller pot (when we were there, it was one frying pan and a larger pot). A couple of other lounge chairs around the pool would be nice. Again - all of these are minor and didn't detract from our enjoyment (as evidenced by my 5 star review). Carlos was awesome! Very responsive to questions and wonderfully communicative! Would definitely stay here again!

Great accommodations

The check in process was simple even though we were arriving late. The host was very responsive when we asked a question. He even had a little gift basket waiting for us and checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. The home is nicely renovated. I would stay there again.
