A/C, HIGH SPEED WIFI & EASY ACCESS. Compass^EAST is one of 4 bungalows at Compass Retreats. Tucked under the tall pines with uninterrupted views of the Mountain sunsets. This Bohemian-Inspired space is perfect for a couple, small family or solo travelers looking for a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Perfect home base to explore Pinecrest Lake, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, state parks, multiple lakes, rivers, and countless hiking trails in the area.
The space
Compass^EAST is 500 ft² of bohemian bliss! Completely renovated townhome in 2022. A/C installed September 2022! Accommodations include one bedroom with a full-size bed and a open loft with a Queen size bed that overlooks the Livingroom. 4 freshly washed towels and wash towels are provided in the bathroom upon each guest's arrival. The bathroom has a full-size tub and shower with shampoo, condition and body soap for guests to utilize. Please note that you have to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom. Lovely deck with outdoor sitting. The deck area is private, but shared with the is adjacent unit. There is a wall divide between the two areas. We provide a propane BBQ for grilling and bistro lights on timer throughout the property for ambience. Stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. A magic bullet for blending smoothies or margaritas, toaster and waffle maker are available for guests.
Compass^EAST has a shared wall with Compass^WEST as it is a townhome. Guests might hear other guests or dogs on the property as we are pet friendly. In the winter, you can expect to hear the snow plows servicing the area. We have provided a white noise sound machine located in the loft.
Whether you are looking to unplug from the daily grind or work remotely, Compass^EAST can accommodate you as we have Xfinity High Speed internet. Love the snow, but do not like driving in it? Not to worry, Compass^EAST is located right on HW 108 for easy access.
Do you travel with multiple families? These little bungalows are perfect for multi-family vacations, church retreats or company team building excursions groups up to 16 people. The entire property has 4 bungalows, NORTH: 2 rooms, 3 beds and 1 1/2 bathrooms. SOUTH: 1 room, 1 bed and 1 bathroom. EAST: 1 room and Loft, 2 beds, 1 bathroom ( please note bathroom is in the bedroom). WEST: 1 room and Loft, 2 beds, 1 bathroom ( please note bathroom is in the bedroom). Compass Retreats is made up of 4 bungalows, NORTH, SOUTH, EAST & WEST. Please park directly in front of your bungalow. Parking for 1 vehicle. We are a pet-friendly property so there may be dogs on the premises during your stay.

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years week-2 night minimum. Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends-2 night minimum.
Holiday pricing starts at 199.00/night.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accommodate check-outs on Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day and New Years day . If this information is overlooked before booking, we will ask you to please cancel on your end as this is notated in our listing.
PET POLICY
Dogs must be approved. Small breeds under 30 lbs. $20.00 pet fee per night/per dog. 2 dogs max. Sorry, no cats.

Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Keep in mind there is an added $10/night fee for each guest over 2 to cover extra cleaning and amenity usage.

Xfinity high-speed Internet. Enjoy streaming Netflix on the 55 inch smart TV.
NOISE ORDINANCE
Sound travels very easily in this area. Please respect the fellow cabins. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8am in this area. No outdoor music is allowed.

Warming fires need to be approved by the host to confirm that we are not in high fire season.
BBQ
We do provide a gas barbecue located on the deck. Keep in mind that we do not maintain the propane. We recommend you bring up an extra propane tank for backup just in case it runs out. Or you can have the existing exchanged at the Chevron a few blocks away from the cabin.
WINTER TRAVEL
In the winter months, we highly recommend that you carry chai ns and/or have 4 wheel drive. Compass Retreats is located right on the highway which means easy winter access. We provide two shovels at the property. If visiting during active snowfall, you might be required to shovel access for parking.
IF YOUR STAY IS CANCELLED DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER OR IF THE CABIN IS NOT ACCESSIBLE DUE, TO HEAVY SNOW, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU 24 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN TO RESCHEDULE YOUR STAY OR ISSUE YOU A REFUND.
