- Todo es nuevo. Está completamente equipado, impecable, con todos los utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama y toallas de las mejores marcas.

Habitaciones: bella y recientemente amueblada, esta casa de planta abierta está diseñada con buen gusto con un dormitorio principal con una cama king-size con todas las nuevas camas y baño en suite.

El segundo dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio,
y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas matrimoniales.
Todas las habitaciones tienen nuevos televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición. Este impresionante condominio tiene capacidad para un total de 8 personas en camas y ofrece un Lanai cubierto frente al lago para disfrutar de una excelente vista y ver los fuegos artificiales de Sea World.

Hay una hermosa y elegante mesa de comedor y sillas para 8 asientos y 4 taburetes en el bar de la cocina.

No tengo ganas de salir, no hay problema. Entretener y cocinar es un placer en esta cocina moderna totalmente amueblada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Con la cocina abierta, el cocinero nunca se pierde ninguna de las conversaciones y puede compartir tiempo privado con amigos y familiares.

They made it easy…

Our family had a quick stay in this location. It’s a beautiful condo that is very spacious. Excellent decor, and we appreciated the privacy. Best information and check in we’ve had - very easy!

Amazing condo!

This condo was unbelievable. I have stayed at multiple properties at Vista Cay and this was one of my favorites! It was so clean, ample and beautifully decorated. It has a great lake view and was right next door to the convention center. I highly recommend this condo and Monica. She is simply the best.

it was appealing but few hicups

Nice condo and had all amenities. However, it was listed on website that there was a gaming system and when we arrived that was not present. Were also distracted on the first night with site manager and Plummer as there was a leak from out bathroom to the unit below us.

Dear Guest Thank you for your comments Please know that we have 9 different properties on Vista Cay and the extra inventory note that is at the terms and conditions that you recieved clearly states that some properties have video games and playstation for your entertainment but not all, and this is due to the new smart TVs that we have at some units such as the one you stayed in which already has the app option including some games and plenty of variety for guest to choose from. Regarding the bathroom issue. We believe that we should response to every inquiry in a timely manner to be able to resolve them promptly so when we received the phone call from the front desk about the guest staying below your unit complaining about a leak on the ceiling, in order to see where that was coming from, our staff asked you if we could check if the bathroom had a caulking problem and if they could see the shower. You accepted and said Yes. The plummer did a quick fix to avoid disturbing you and waited until your checkout date for a proper fix. Anyhow thanks for your stay and we look forward to be of service in a near future.

November holiday

We rented three condos at Vista Cau for our family gathering. This condo was very beautifully designed with an amazing presentation. The views of the lake are wonderful and it's a short walk to the pool area. The location is super convenient to grocery shop and dining. I loved the attention to detail, and would stay here again!!

Well appointed and close to Convention Center

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Highlights: close to the Convention Center (walking distance), great view of the lake (a lot of birds to watch) and Sea World fireworks nightly, easy parking, close to amusement parks, nice furniture and tons of space. Could use improvement: towels were wet and in dryer upon arrival, not all bathrooms completely clean but 90% of condo was in very clean condition, they should recycle in Vista Cay, pool was very crowded and bouncers will ask you to leave if you bring in your own drinks. However, we will consider staying here again.

The apartment decor was beautiful the location fantastic . My only complaints are we had no kitchen wash cloth only 1 dish cloth the mattress are terrible and whoever she pays to clean didn’t do a good job everything needed dusting .window frame are broke so you can’t open windows for fresh air.

The condo was huge and accommodated all 6 of our adults so comfortably. And, the cleanliness was incredible! This is the first time I haven't had one complaint and I'm pretty picky! It's about a 20 minute drive from the Disney parks; but, that was just fine - super easy access. You could even see the fireworks from the balcony. (not sure if they were Disney fireworks). You will not be disappointed when you stay at Renata's!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We weren't allowed to use the place until a half hour after check in. We were told the previous people left too late - which is surprising, since check out is 10am, giving them 6 hours before check in. I'm guessing the cleaners showed up too late to get it cleaned in time, and it had nothing to do with the previous renters. Half an hour doesn't seem like much, except we had frozen food that needed to get in the freezer.The overall feel was very nice, with a good view of the pond in the back. The rooms were nice and clean. Sleeping in the king bed was a challenge and I didn't look forward to sleeping in it after the first night. It has a large ridge in the middle, and the entire right side of the bed is slanted down, while the left side is fine. The whole night I was fighting to stay in bed and not roll off. If you lie down on the bed, you'll see what I'm talking about. The other beds were fine though.I wouldn't mind staying in the same complex, but wouldn't rent this particular condo again because of the bed.

Great location; terrible stay

Pros: great proximity to parks and downtown, great pool and bar area. Cons: WiFi password was wrong the first night, couldn’t fix it until almost midnight; ceiling in bedroom started leaking, no one ever came to look at it, told us it was possibly a ventilation issue and asked us not to use the dryer at all - family of five with tons of dirty clothes and no way to wash; we could hear EVERYTHING the guests above us were doing the entire time; quality of sleep was so terrible we left a night early just to get some rest. There seemed to be no soundproofing of any kind. Several light bulbs were burned out, and the hall light didn’t work. The management was polite, but didn’t really seem to want to solve any of our problems quickly. For the price, we expected a lot more. Wouldn’t stay here again; wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

Dear Trisha We are sorry that you had a bad experience Our mission is that every guest stay has a great experience and that they like to come back So I hope we can make this right for you and that you give us another chance . 1.- Wi fi was provided as soon as we could and during the same evening you arrived It has been a hard issue indeed this first weeks of April because we changed providers and they are working by building and sometimes the techs don’t put back the password we provided them for all units and they leave the original or they use the phone number as password without telling us, so it was challenging but it is now solved, all that is rectified now and we have rebooted and programmed all the routers properly We made this change for the benefit of our guests to have a better and higher speed because we have more people doing home office . Anyway it should not have happened to you my apologies . As for the dryer vent issue that caused condensation and leak on one bedroom ceiling we reported immediately when you told us to the HOA and they did go the very next day and cleaned the main vent and unclogged the ducts all this is done from outside no need to come in So You probably thought that no one came but HOA did stop by and fixed and our property care staff went to your unit and cleaned the inside dryer vent from the dryer. (you weren’t there ) That is why the leak stopped I am sorry you thought we didn’t go it was fixed . As for the light bulbs we didn’t get any message from you about that we would have stop by immediately . anyway I wish you can give us a second chance I can assure you we are really involved on our units and we really care that our guests have a great stay Monica

This has been our 3rd year in the same resort but this time was very different. The garden tub had a dirt ring I am assuming from previous guests we wee unable to use it, towels had someone else's hair in them, 3 bed room suite 2 face cloths for a family of four and called to request more face towels that morning was told we would get them sometime that day by the time they arrived we had went out to purchased some. The bed railing full of dirt and hair the cushions on balcony furniture so dirty my husband didn't not want us to sit on them. The dishwasher not braced to cabinets it slides out with the dishes. With the amount of money paid to stay in the units one would expect cleanliness and unit up keep. We were very dissatisfied this trip. I almost forgot we were in able to use master bedroom TV the volume would elevate up its on then turn all the way down where you couldn't hear it! Yes we reported that to but it wasn't addressed this will certainly be the last year we stay at this resort!

December 2017 Stay

Stay was fantastic! Great rooms and responsive staff. Unit's size left plenty of room to relax at the end of the day with 6 adults. Unit was centrally located with Disney being 6 miles one way and Universal 6 miles the other way.
