ABOUT THE AREA: Next door to the famous "Donut Hole", The Crossings at Inlet Beach and 30Avenue Shops with 7+ restaurants, boutiques and a yoga studio all within a 5-minute walk. Walk or ride bikes to neighboring Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beaches for nightly entertainment. We are pleased to provide you with six bikes to easily travel between all of the neighboring beachside communities.
BEACH ACCESS: Inlet Beach is one of 30A's best beaches where you have space to spread out as well as important amenities like parking, bathrooms & showers. It's also easy access via a ramp so no stairs to climb. Inlet Beach has multiple access points 2 blocks away. Alternatively you can drive or take the golf cart down Pinewood Lane then turn onto Orange Street, cross over 98 and your toes are in the sand!

• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFI or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. Historical instances, such as damaged tires on carts, have demonstrated that the replacement process can extend up to two days. Similarly, cases of stolen bikes, stemming from either guest negligence or external dishonesty, may require a day for replacement. It is crucial to highlight that in 9 out of 10 instances, these situations do not impact incoming guests; rather, they typically arise in the context of reservation issues. Responsible handling of items is key to mitigating concerns, and in 99 out of 100 scenarios, no issues arise.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
