Guests will have full access to the entire condominium and the lavish facilities provided by Mantarraya Residences. The development features a meticulously planned design that affords stunning, panoramic vistas of Danzante Bay. BBQ areas, Lounge areas, pickleball courts, gym, beach club and and a generous communal pool and jacuzzi area furnished with cozy lounge chairs for optimal comfort and leisure. Mantarraya guests will have access to the Resort amenities suchs as, the spa, gym, TPC Golf course, restaurants and beach club. Additionally, there's 24-hour security to ensure your peace of mind, ample covered parking space for your convenience.



The beach access is currently through the Villa del Palmar resort, as the main entrance is temporarily closed due to the construction of the new Mailena hotel.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

For this reason, the entrance to the beach and beach club is through the resort. Please go to the Mantarraya Residences lobby, where security will provide you with a bracelet for resort access.



At the moment, the flooring in one of the penthouses is undergoing repairs. During this time, you may hear noise inside the unit between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
