Summary: It’s hard to find space for larger groups in the heart of downtown Savannah, especially with free parking! Welcome to Brick Side Condos, a beautifully refinished condo complex that allows you to rent all four beautiful units, featuring six bedrooms, four bathrooms, ample style, and comfort. Perfectly located on the west side of downtown, the condos will put you just 10 minutes from Forsyth Park, 15-minute walk to City Market, Riverfront, and endless dining, attractions, and pubs.
The Space: Co-located on one single floor, all four units are distinct in design but provide the same level of luxury, comfort, and style. Color-coded doors greet you as you enter the condos through the freshly remodeled foyer. Step inside to any one of the four units and enjoy natural color tones accented by beautiful hardwoods, exposed bricks, and original touches. Two units feature two bedrooms and one bathroom, while the other two are efficient units with one bedroom and one bathroom. Find a fully appointed kitchenette in each unit that provides major appliances, an induction cooktop, and custom butcher block countertops. Small appliances, cookware, dishware, and utensils fill the kitchens, making cooking and enjoying meals easy if desired. Each unit provides spacious and beautifully designed dens with comfortable sofas, reading chairs, and smart TVs ready to stream your favorite shows. Stylish décor, ample light, and natural colors create an inviting space perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. All bedrooms are outfitted with queen mattresses wrapped in fresh linens and plush pillows. Find dedicated workspaces that enable you to work remotely if required and ample storage space for extended stays. Original features such as hardwood floors and classic fireplaces anchor many rooms. Every bathroom features a single vanity and low-entry shower boasting custom tile work and modern accents. In each bathroom, find all of the essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Guest Access: Aside from the condo itself, you may enjoy any of the outdoor spaces and comfy furniture we offer. We offer 4 designated parking spots (labeled A-d) and if you have more than 4 cars, let us know in advance and we may be able to accommodate that in the two other spots that belong to the company below.
The Neighborhood: Located on the west side of downtown, you are just minutes from everything in Savannah. Directly across the street are various fast food options if you have any late-night cravings or are in a hurry. However, even better, you are an easy walk from some of the best dining, bars, pubs, and attractions. Grab excellent Cuban food at the corner café Rancho Alegre Cuban just down the road. Swing around the corner to Crystal Beer Parlor for a drink or sit down for a delicious Southern dish at Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, an authentic mom-and-pop restaurant.
Are you looking for a great outdoor vibe with beautiful old-growth trees? Stop into Collins Quarter at Forsyth for brunch and enjoy the Savannah breeze through the trees. Head to the City Market and River
Walk and enjoy additional southern dining at The Lady and Sons. Grab a traditional dinner breakfast at Treylor Park. Get a little fancier with a delicious meal at St. Neo’s Brasserie, and don’t forget to check out their basement speakeasy-inspired bar.
A trip to Savannah is only complete with exploring a little of its historical colonial past. Check out the city’s skyline from the water by jumping on one of the Savannah Belle’s ferries, with multiple stops all along Savannah’s riverfront.
Getting Around: Are you driving into town? The condo offers free on-street parking, with 4 specific spaces (one for each unit). Ask about over-flow parking.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the MLK & Gaston SB is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions
Other Things to Note: NO Animals whatsoever. Absolutely no parties. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke in the property. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the condos with respect as if it were your property.

Savannah trip with friends
These units were lovely. Great for our large group. Privacy in your own unit or togetherness on the deck or in one of the larger units. Beds were comfortable,bathrooms were wonderful, and all units were beautifully decorated. Walkable to a wonderful park and other locations great stay!Therneighboclossome

I was thoroughly impressed with this rental. The condo was exceptionally clean, modern, and one of the most charming I’ve seen. The owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made our stay seamless and enjoyable. They ensured we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I would confidently rate this property a 10 out of 10.

Absolutely AMAZING !!
I can. Or be happier with the experience we had at the lofts! They were all beautiful and decorated . We all had our own space and showers as well as kitchens / washer & dryers! It was beyond clean, towels were hotel quality , appliances were like new and everything was keypads for easy entry and exit. Plus, you get your own 4 reserved parking spaces! Location was a walk away from everything or a short drive at most . Stay here! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED !!
