This brand new modern build set along the edge of the forest has everything you will need.
• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 Persons TOTAL INCLUDING CHILDREN
• PET POLICY: Pets are negotiable with rules and an additional fee of $175 (plus tax) PER PET PER STAY. All pet fee(s) may not be included in the total price shown for your booking and will be automatically added and/or requested separately.
• AIR CONDITIONING: Yes, home has central air conditioning.
• PARKING: Limited to 4 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.
• DISCLOSURES:
*Must climb stairs. Main living space is on the 2nd floor.
* Some amenities offered are seasonal. Grill, Decks are available only in the peak summer months.
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, has 2 living spaces, 2 decks, a fireplace, and a large modern kitchen. The upper level has an open concept with plenty of room for the whole family. The upstairs living room has high ceilings, a ceiling fan, a large couch fitting comfortably 8 people, along with a fireplace, and a smart TV. Just off the living room is a sizeable deck with a lounge chair for 2, a table, another chair, plus a bench so the whole gang can enjoy the forested backyard views. As you enter the very spacious kitchen area, three tall back, bar chairs encourage you to sit at the gorgeous granite island with a built-in 4 burner gas stove top centered under 2 new-age, rounded pendant lights. This open concept connects everyone gathered near the large island as well as and the six joined around the dining table at the far end. There's no shortage of counter space or stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, large fridge, and a double oven. It is also fully furnished with dishes so that everyone can eat a satisfying meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely six-person dining table, and to the side is a smaller deck with two vibrant red chairs for lounging. A new grill will be purchased for guest enjoyment in the spring of 2025.
The second level of the house has the master bedroom, a half bathroom, and a laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a King Bed, flat screen television with streaming capabilities, a huge walk-in closet with built-in shelving, and access to a private master bathroom. This spacious bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a waterfall showerhead, a huge soaking tub that overlooks the forest outside, a large double sink vanity, a separate toilet room, and heated floors.
In addition to a second living area, the downstairs features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an entrance to a two-car garage. Keyless entry opens the front door which faces stairs to the upper level, topped with a stunning contemporary chandelier and a wall with floor-to-ceiling barnwood paneling next to the garage door. The second living room, off the entry, has a smart TV, 2 cozy circular loveseats and is so large and open one could easily easily provides enough room for a group yoga session. The three bedrooms and two 3/4 bathrooms are down the hall. The main bathroom features a stunning modern black and white design, a large floating vanity, complete with a sliding glass barn door, and a shower with a waterfall showerhead. The first two bedrooms are similar with a queen bed, and a spacious closet. The third bedroom also has a queen bed with a spacious closet but also includes its own patio that leads into the backyard and a private 3/4 bathroom. The en-suite bathroom continues the black and white theme with a large floating vanity, walk-in shower, and waterfall showerhead.
