Living Areas
Relax in the inviting living room with a leather sofa and two rocking chairs, open to the dining area and kitchen for easy gathering. The formal dining table seats six, with three additional barstools at the counter.

A bonus family room offers even more space to unwind, featuring a TV, fun games like Lone Star*opoly and Giant Jenga, and a kitchenette table perfect for snacks, breakfast, or puzzles. A booster seat is also provided.

Bedrooms
This home includes 3 bedrooms that sleep six adults. The master suite features a king bed, cozy sitting chairs, a dresser, and a private bath with both a bathtub and shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with closet and chest for storage, while the third bedroom includes a queen sleeper sofa and a closet. This room doubles as a sitting room or office, but has a full slide out wall to maintain privacy if desired. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the second and third bedrooms. Each room has a ceiling fan. Towels and basic amenities are provided.

Kitchen
The spacious kitchen features a wooden bar top, brand-new stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher, and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils for preparing special meals. Amenities include a double oven, electric cooktop, microwave, drip coffee maker, and French press.

Laundry room
Large washer and dryer available for guest use. A water dispenser with access to both hot and cold water is also provided.

Safety
Smoke alarms are in all sleeping areas and main rooms.FIre extinguishers are provided in the kitchen and laundry room as well as a fire blanket. First Aid kit is also provided in the master bath.

Outside Living
The full-length front porch features two outdoor sofas and a table—perfect for morning coffee while watching the horses or relaxing with stunning sunsets. The back porch overlooks the pasture and pond and includes a charcoal grill and picnic tables for outdoor dining.

Parking & Security
Ample driveway parking is available, with space for multiple vehicles plus one under the portico. For peace of mind, all exterior doors have deadbolt locks, and a Ring camera is installed at the entrance under the covered parking area. Outdoor games such as cornhole and croquet are available on request.

Holidays
The home is seasonally decorated for both fall and Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere for guests to fully enjoy the holidays.

Venue Space
Cottonwood Meadows also offers an enclosed, air-conditioned event space—perfect for small gatherings, micro weddings, or family reunions. An authentic chuckwagon adds to the unique Texas charm. Venue rentals are a separate charge but can be combined with overnight stays for 6 adults.

Everyday essentials are close by—Walmart and La Mexicana Super Mercado are just 5 minutes away—and a new shopping area with restaurants, Home Depot, H-E-B, (opening October) is only 5 miles down the road.
