This a two story home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is around 3500 sqft. Please note that there is a separate guest suite in the basement that is rented separately and an office-ADU but the entrances are separate. The entrance to the basement guest suite is in the backyard, however, the backyard is not part of the guest suite's amenities, so you will have the backyard to yourselves.

• First Floor: Living room, Kitchen, Dining, Laundry, Bedroom (Aspen) with queen bed w/bath, TV and working desk. Another half bath, Access to backyard.
• Second Floor: 4 additional bedrooms & 3 ensuite bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have King beds; 2 with queen. The bedroom without bathroom has queen bed. All rooms have a working desk & TV.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• Garage is not part of the rental but there is ample parking on the driveway & in front of the home.
• The home has a separate guest suite in the basement, and an office ADU on top of the garage. Those were designed intentionally and with privacy in mind - completely separate entries. The entrance to the separate guest suite is on the side in the backyard, but the backyard. However the backyard is not an amenity for the separate guest suite so the backyard is yours to enjoy. When you are in the main house, you will feel totally on your own.
• Given the great layout of the home, each room can also be individually rented. If that fits your need, please inquire with us.
• Camera: One doorbell camera located at the  front of the main entrance door. Second outdoor camera located above the garage door. Third outdoor camera located above the door of the basement entrance.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
