televisions. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located on bedroom level. The upper
level has an open kitchen/dining/living area with large windows and doors giving you views of the golf
course and ocean beyond. The well-equipped kitchen offers an induction range, microwave and air
fryer/toaster oven. The separate bar area has a beverage fridge and ice maker. The expandable dining
table is centered between the kitchen and living area and offers views from the expansive flip out bar
window. Enjoy opening the bar window and sliders to create an open-air living space with the covered
screened porch and outdoor kitchen where you can catch the sunset! The 4 th bedroom is set up as an
office and ethernet or Wi-Fi allows for remote work. Offering a day bed and armoire makes this space
