Nestled on the picturesque East Ruskin Street, this charming retreat offers private driveway parking for one vehicle, with additional parking available right out front, putting you in the heart of all that Seaside has to offer.
Step onto the spacious, furnished front porch, where rocking chairs and an outdoor dining table for four invite you to slow down and savor family time in the open air. Inside, the main level features tall ceilings and an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a bright red retro refrigerator, a four-burner gas stove, and bar-top seating for two. The adjacent dining table seats eight comfortably, creating a welcoming space for shared meals after sun-soaked beach days. Nearby, a cozy living area with slipcovered seating and a flat-screen TV provides the perfect spot for relaxing and reconnecting.
Also on the main floor, you'll find a king primary bedroom with an ensuite marble bathroom, featuring a single vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
