Resort Oasis

This is a gorgeous 500 sq foot pool house with chef’s kitchen. Full access to pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and all the various garden areas on 1/3 of an acre. It is a large detached studio great for up to 2 guests.

It’s located on a quiet cul de sac.

If you’d like to have a special event or film on the property, we charge on a hourly basis depending on the number of guests and event type.
The space
The space is like a 5 star hotel room with a chefs kitchen, vaulted ceilings, fireplace and fully hidden sliding doors that bring your living space open to the outdoors. The pool house faces directly to the pool giving you a beautiful view of the pool and gardens.

There is a separate private covered lounge and dining area off the unit where you can relax and dine without interruptions.

The kitchen is stocked with a couple dozen spices, oils, coffee, sugar, creamer and tea. It has a stand mixer, slow cooker, baking sheets, cake and cupcake pans, blender, toaster, all sizes of pots and pans. There are beautiful plates, wine glasses, serving bowls etc.

There is also an outdoor BBQ and bar if you’d like to grill.

If you have a pup, we have a fully gated 900 square foot garden area for your pup to play and do their business.

Please note that this is a guest house located about 15 feet from the main house. We do keep our shutters closed to give you the most privacy possible.

Other things to note
Enjoy the spa! Just let us know and we can turn it on. It’s available 8am-10pm. We just need about 30 minutes notification to get the spa up to the desired temperature. It’s available once a day for free. Subsequent uses in the cold months November to April will be $40 each time.

If you’d like the pool heated during the colder months (typically October to May), you can heat it for: $100/day for a minimum of 3 days in October, April and May
$150/day for a minimum of 4 days November to March

The difference in pool heat is due to the colder nights November to March & the new gas price hikes with the local utility making it much more expensive to heat the pool. If you’re heating it for a longer stay (5 days or more), we charge $100/day. The cost to maintain the pool heated is less than the initial hearing the pool from 50 degrees to 89.

No overnight guests allowed. Daytime guests are limited to 2.

The TV has Netflix, Amazon and some other apps. We do not have cable TV.

We have a dog who is very friendly. Zolo is a 7 year old Curly Coated Golden Retriever. If you want to bring a dog that doesn’t interact well with other dogs or goes crazy inside the unit seeing our dog, this wouldn’t be the right place for you.

Damages caused by dogs to the sliding doors, curtains, furniture or anything inside or outside the unit on the property will be charged to the renter. Dogs are NOT allowed to be left unattended in the unit. If you leave the property you must take your dog with you or bring a kennel to place your dog inside it. Excessive dog hair on floors, furniture, bedding, counters, etc. will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $150 or more. We do have a broom and dust pan in the unit.

NO cats or other animals are allowed. Dog Breed restrictions apply. We may accept up two dogs with prior approval.

There is no laundry in the unit. If you need fresh sheets and towels, just let us know and we can provide them for you.

This is a residential neighborhood and we ask you be a good "neighbor", too, when it comes to noise, parking, etc.
