Heartland Hideaway in the Heart of Owensboro
We’d like to welcome you to the Heartland Hideaway! This home has 2 beds, 2.5 baths and a pull out couch to comfortably sleep between 5 to 6 guests. Located in east Owensboro near a plethora of restaurants, markets, and things to do, you can experience the city life while enjoying the hominess of a quaint neighborhood. Perfect for busybodies and homebodies alike!
Our spacious home has one queen bed in the master bedroom with an attached bath and a spare bedroom with two twin beds and a separate bath, all located upstairs. The full laundry room is available for use, stocked with an iron, detergent, and dryer sheets.
Downstairs features a beautiful living space which has a flat screen television, books, board games and a pull-out couch. The TV has full access to Netflix, Prime Video, and a few other entertainment apps. We’ve also included a gorgeous dining space to seat up to six guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things needed to accommodate for cooking large dinners or just popping meals in the microwave!
There is a stationary bike located in the garage for those who love to hit the gym and a walking trail called “The Greenbelt” just a short walk away. Access to parking in the garage is available upon request.
We invite you to check out our gorgeous, fenced in, backyard while you stay! In the summer, the banana trees are in full bloom, and they give a tropical vibe. The fire pit, surrounded by Adirondack chairs, is available for use throughout the summer and fall. There will be firewood located in the garage, however if you use it, please replace it. Huck’s gas station is located just across Highway 54 and they keep plenty in stock

I am co-hosting with my significant other, Christian. We live in Owensboro so when you stay in the Heartland Hideaway, we aren't too far away. We enjoy early morning coffee dates and spending time at home. We are very excited to welcome you to our gorgeous home!
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Our home was chosen because of its convenient location and the peacefulness of a quiet neighborhood. Its located in a cul-de-sac of sorts so there's not too much going on around the home. Just a short drive up the main road, however, is a busy street full of shopping stops, delicious food and plenty of things to do to pass your time!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
This neighborhood is so peaceful and it's easy to make your way around town. There's also a walking trail that runs the entire city, if your into biking, walking or running. It's located close to the hospital and also not too far from fun down-town activities! Owensboro is known for hosting the BBQ and Barrels festival, previously known as BBQ Fest, and ROMP which are both well-known and lots of fun. They feature live music and delicious foods that hold a special place in out hearts.
