A spacious screen porch and large decks surrounding the house with outdoor grill and outdoor hot water shower make for great outdoor living as well as stone patios and propane fire pit for evening activities. There is a fully stocked spacious gourmet kitchen with a large island and everything needed for preparing large meals. The open floor plan lends itself to socializing. There is a 2 car garage with beach gear (chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc.), ping pong table, games, and bikes. The property is great for multi family parties or for guests wanting plenty of space, amenities, and comfort.

The preferred rental period is a 7-night minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. THIS rental period is flexible. PLEASE MESSAGE US your dates and we try to accommodate your request. The rate is $995/night for occupancy of up to 8 people in the main house with the option to add the Ensuite above the garage for an additional $250/ night. The maximum number of guests including the ensuite is 12. Sleeps 10 in beds, 2 on couches. The ensuite will not be rented to another party during your stay if you decide not to add it.

Optional 3 night minimum is also available. The stay must begin or end on Saturday and the rate is $1500/night for occupancy of 8 with the option to add the ensuite for an additional $250/night for a total occupancy of up to 12.

An administrative fee is assessed on bookings. This is part of what VRBO charges for the use of their platform. We share in the cost of the platform fee and therefore must add this fee directly instead of increasing the per night rate.
