Home base for Disney and the beach

Wonderful host! Our previous host had to cancel close to our date and working with Grace took ALL the stress out of the situation! Convenient and comfy for our needs of visiting Disney and the beach. Would have enjoyed the lovely outdoor areas and pool but the weather encouraged us to play cards with my parents inside rather than outside for the short time we were at the house.

This property met our needs well for a large group going to Disneyland. The only things I wish I had understood better were 1) one of the two bathrooms in the property is inside of a bedroom with no other access-- made sharing that bathroom more difficult than expected with 12 people staying together, 2) the pull out couch does not have any bedding, I gave up my sheet and comforter and we pooled a few pillows so the person staying on the pull out couch could have something, and I borrowed a sheet another person happened to bring because they were attending a toga party after our trip. There were no extra sheets or blankets in the house that we could find, which was surprising. One of the ladders to the upper bunk beds came apart the second night, which was also not great. There are patio steps in the yard that are difficult to see even with the caution sign, there probably needs to be caution indicators all across the step instead of just in one spot. Otherwise it was a clean comfortable place that met our needs well. The free street parking was a big plus. The TVs were very useful and communication from the host was quick and excellent. The bed I used was very comfortable.

I understand how the bathroom layout could be challenging for a larger group. I’m also very sorry about the lack of bedding for the pull out couch, this is definitely not the experience we want for our guests. I do wish we had known during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to bring extra sheets and pillows right away. Regarding the bunk bed ladder and the patio steps, thank you for bringing these to our attention. I’ll have the team check this for future guests.
