The chalet is not wheelchair accessible. However, after descending the five steps at the entrance, the spacious ground floor features a bedroom and a bathroom connected to the common areas, providing comfort and accessibility for guests with reduced mobility.
Ideally located in Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides, just 10 minutes from the charming village of Val-David, Chalet Willow offers a serene retreat with stunning views of a private 6-acre lake, ensuring complete tranquility with no neighbors in front.
Designed for both comfort and artistic inspiration, the house features several sculptures by Robert Lachance, thoughtfully placed throughout its spacious rooms, offering a unique experience for art enthusiasts.
The residence includes four generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating families or groups with ease. The open-concept main floor combines a living area, TV lounge, dining space, and billiards area around a central staircase leading to the lower level. At the back, a chef’s kitchen with a large island invites you to prepare meals while staying connected to the lively main space. The master bedroom and main bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower complete the first level.
The chalet features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families or groups of friends:

Lake Desrosiers, shared by only four cottages on the same side, offers a sandy shoreline, shallow and safe swimming (4–8 feet deep), and crystal-clear water fed by underground springs and mountain runoff. A floating mat, paddleboard, two kayaks, and a pedal boat are available for summer fun. The lake is dotted with lily pads and aquatic plants but remains perfect for swimming.
Chalet Willow is the ideal blend of nature, art, and modern comfort—perfect for a peaceful getaway or a fun-filled family retreat.
Having a vehicle is important for exploring this area comfortably. In winter, good winter tires or a 4x4 vehicle are required to access the parking area safely. If that’s not possible, don’t worry—you can conveniently park on a cleared space at the top of the hill, on Bord de l’Eau Street.
*Chalet Capacity – Up to 10 guests. Base rate for 4 occupants (ages 2 and up), with an additional charge per extra person.
*Hot Tub – Accessible and functional year-round.
*BBQ – During the cold season, if present on the terrace, guests are responsible for clearing snow, cleaning the grates, and refilling the propane tank if needed (no winter maintenance provided).
*Campfire – Summer only, when the designated black steel fire pit with grills is installed.
*Dogs are welcome (max. 2) at $75 + tax per dog, but must stay on the main floor. Safety gates are installed for pets and children. Please keep dogs off sofas and beds, clean up after them outside, and if there’s noticeable shedding at checkout, a quick brush or lint roll is appreciated.
* Cats are not permitted.
*We provide soaps for cleaning, dishwashing, and hands, as well as 2 coffee makers, filters, and a grinder, but you’ll need to bring your own body/hair soap and ground coffee or beans.
*Check-in / Check-out – Check-in from 5 p.m., check-out by 12 p.m. No Saturday arrivals or departures (exceptions possible upon request).
*Cameras – Outdoor only, facing the entrance. Recordings are kept for a maximum of 90 days.
