This home provides 4 bedrooms (queen beds each with their own TV!), along with a dining room, kitchen and living room that all flow nicely together. Guests love to enjoy the back yard, appreciate the onsite laundry and the long driveway. You will have full access to the entire property apart from the detached garage.

Turnkey Pros will provide concierge service during your stay. You will be provided an after-hours phone number to call in case an issue needs to be reported or you have questions about the property.

Older home and older plumbing so be prepared to relive the past and all that comes with it. Loved the home, surrounding neighborhood and murals around town . Clean and well equipped it fit our needs perfectly! The back garden is a dream.

Lovely home close to everything.

My family and I stayed here while we were in the process of moving. The back yard is to die for. It's like you have your own personal hidden oasis. The fire pit was perfect for me and my 3 boys to roast marshmallows and make s'mores. The kitchen also is equipped with everything that you need to make a family dinner. The best part of the house is it is close to everything. Perfect location for dinning out or taking in a good game at the U of A. All in all a very nice and comfy place.

U of A visit

Place was great. Nice comfortable beds and lots of space. Backyard didn’t have the hot tub that we originally saw in posting but they told us that was a mistake. The master bathroom had a plumbing issue that took a couple of days to resolve. Tub was filthy and had a bad odor but they sent someone out to clean the day after check in and then a plumber the following day. That was the only negative. Would stay here again as long as plumbing was checked on before check in time.

OKAY STAY, Nice Location, Minor Maintenance Needed

We selected this location due to its central location and proximity to the university. Property is in older historic neighborhood that was quiet and felt safe due to the number of people walking dogs and strolling children. Nice property, could use some maintenance and attention to details. List we noted: Master bath sink drains slow, numerous garden light bulbs burn out in back yard, kitchen faucet spray not properly retracting, remotes for televisions need batteries, blind valence missing in living room, towel hooks loose in guest bath, weeds in gravel in yard. Cleanliness of property was good; however, we noticed a few strange items: master bed pillows had women’s perfume fragrance and we wondered if the pillow cases were laundered, someone’s shoes were left in master bedroom, toilet paper roll and trash under furniture in living room. Owner should talk to the property management/cleaning crew. We had an issue with the thermostat and could not adjust the temperature and we woke up on the first morning freezing. Directions listed in booklet were obviously for a different thermostat. Owner was nice enough to come by to reset the thermostat.This property requires you to buy an insurance policy to cover damages up to 1500. I have never been required on past VRBO for mandatory insurance. By the time you add up the hefty management fee, service fee and insurance this property is pricy. Would consider staying here in future if maintenance issues resolved.
