Perfect Family Ski Rental - 2 min from Sunday River

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well-appointed and had everything we needed to drop our bags and drive 2 min to the mountain to spend the day skiing.

Ski Vacation

The condo was just as described, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. A great location for skiing and close to Bethel and local restaurants.

Excellent Ski Weekend

We had a great weekend skiing at Sunday River and the accommodations were great for the six of us. Close to the mountain and restaurants. Great location. Communication was great with the owner and so easy to get into the house. Would definitely recommend and would rent again for sure.

Excellent stay!

This was the perfect condo for our family of four on a ski vacation. Large rooms, spacious, comfortable beds, big kitchen, pool table, garage, and a 5 minute drive to the mountain. The place was immaculately clean and had all the conveniences one needs. Excellent stay all around!

Family Ski Vacation

Excellent accommodations that has everything you could ask for. So many games, videos, and kitchen supplies makes it a great place to hand out with the family.Only minor negative is that the condo is a short drive to the ski resorts (not ski on/off), but not a big problem if you leave early enough or have drop-off service.

Fun family ski trip

This was a great condo for our family ski trip to Sunday River. It was spacious, very clean, comfy furniture along with a bunch of fun games, movies and books for low key nights after a long day of skiing. The area had lots of casual dining options, including a fun bowling alley and arcade within a ten minute drive. We appreciated the garage parking in the winter time. The check in and check out process was quick and straightforward and the communication from the owner was great.

Changing it up with our Ikon pass

While we usually ski at Killington, we decided to change it up a little with our Ikon passes and go to Sunday River. We found this home when searching and it could not have been a better fit for our family. There was a large amount of space to spread out while still being together. It is a perfect layout. The drive to the Sunday River main base area parking lot was only a few minutes away, It was so close that we drove up with our ski gear on, hopped out with our skis and were a quick walk to the lifts. The host could not have been more communicative. Their detailed instructions on what to do upon arrival and departure left no questions and the tips and tricks to the area was very helpful. We would definitely book here again when we return to Sunday River.

Very comfortable clean condo

Lovely spacious condo, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Excellent location for skiing and not far into Bethel where there is a good supermarket. Places nearby to eat out were good. Had a great week of skiing lots of new snow. Enjoyed having the pool table. Drew was very helpful in providing information, we had a great week staying at this condo.

Clean, Fun and Spacious

We had a wonderful time here and you will too. Sunday River is great. The condo is a 1-2 minute easy drive to the South Ridge Lodge. Parking is available near the mountain. Drew is very friendly and also responsive to any needs. The condo is very cozy yet has plenty of space. We had a very nice stay.

Beautiful, spacious and clean

This is the perfect condo for a family ski trip. Lots of room, almost completely carpeted, very clean. It had everything we needed for a weekend away. Very close to Sunday River. Shuttle service was non-responsive on a Saturday morning, so we drove to the mountain and parked. Drew was quick to answer any questions we had. We'd definitely stay again.

Great Golf Get-Away! Wonderful Property!

The property was outstanding!!!! Spotless, well appointed, and had an upscale feel. We were especially pleased with how spacious it was. We have rented 3-bedroom properties in the past that felt like condos, or apartments. This is a 3-bedroom house! Plenty of room, even for multiple families. Also, the location is ideal. Just a couple of minutes from the Sunday River Golf Club and Ski Resort. It's obvious the area is more of a Winter Resort area than Summer, but the Sunday River golf course is terrific, albeit a bit difficult, with amazing vistas. Finally, the owner was fantastic to work with. Drew was very friendly, extremely responsive, concerned, and very professional. In a nutshell, should we decide to return to the area, I won't bother searching properties, I'll just pick up the phone and call Drew.

Great condo!

Everything about our stay was super. The owner was extremely easy and accommodating to work with. Due to my son's basketball team making an unexpected run in the playoffs we had to adjust our arrival day at the last moment. He was extremely understanding and worked with us without any hesitation. The place was fabulous. We all really enjoyed the pool table and air hockey...it was nice to have them as it kept the kids away from their electronic devices!! Also was wonderful that the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, sugar etc there. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo!

We recently stayed at this condo over the kids Feb vacation. The owner of the Condo was very responsive and easy to work with as well as access into the condo was a breeze. When we arrived at the Condo it was clean, very spacious, and the shuttle picks up about 50ft from the front door. Would highly recommend this to friends and family. Thanks again!

Great MLK Weekend (2016)

This property was a great place to spend an extended Ski weekend (1/15/2016 to 1/18/2016). It's in a great location just mintues from the lifts. Easy access from the main road to Sunday River. It snowed while we were there and the driveway and roads were plowed right away. It was very clean and comfortable for everyone. We cooked Breakfast and Dinner everynight but one in the condo. The one night we didn't, we went across the access road to the Matterhorn which was very good. Everyone had a great time. Drew, the owner, was very helpful in explaining things about the property and the nearby attractions. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfect vacation spot!

This is a great property! Spotless with all the amenities you need. Wonderful owners who take pride in their condo. They were very helpful and caring, making sure our stay was all we hoped for. I highly recommend this property and I hope to return!

Fantastic property!

Have stayed in multiple rental homes/condos on or near Sunday River. This is everything you want in a ski rental! Clean, well stocked, convenient to the mountain, great views and an incredibly attentive/thoughtful owner. Bedrooms and living spaces were spacious for the 6 of us.

Wonderful town home, convenient location. Perfect!

This rental property was perfect for two families. 3 very nice sized bedrooms. Great kitchen and living space. Very spacious and clean. Perfectly located close to sunday river , easy shuttle ride or 2 minute drive to mountain. We were extremely pleased with our stay there and would definitely go back.
