Holiday House | Heated Pool & Hot Tub - Private Suites, Sleeps up to 10 in beds.

We call it our "Holiday House" - you'll come to love it as your vacation rental of choice! Holiday House, located in the Casitas resort community just of I-15 and Washington Parkway, is a gorgeous townhome designed to be a perfect vacation rental for you. Close to dinning options, Costco as well as top rated area venues, hiking/biking trails and lakes. This home features a gorgeous open concept kitchen into the dining and living areas, so you'll never miss a moment of spending time with your family and friends. However when you want some privacy, you'll have 3 bedrooms to choose from at Holiday House. Two master suites, and a bunk room. Each suite includes their own private en-suite bath.

The bunk room also features a gaming/movie area in the room with cozy bean bag chairs for relaxing and even a playstation to game on! This is the place for kids to be kids while parents be parents.

Just off the dining room on the main level, you have your own private patio, with seating for hanging out. Enjoy morning coffee here before venturing out in Southern Utah for the day. Even end your day by relaxing outside in the crisp cool night air.

The resorts community pool and hot tub are heated year round for you to enjoy while staying here! In the cooler months you will see the warm steam pillow. In the summer, the sail shades cast a mild breeze. This pool is so nice, relaxing, and rewarding after a long day of adventuring throughout Southern Utah. The pool is within walking distance of the home, and pool towels are provided with the unit!

To make this home even better it's centrally located for any adventure you desire during your stay. Being close to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Reservoir, Pink Coral sand dunes, multiple renowned golf courses, as well as many shops, stores, and restaurants for your convenience.

PARKING: This house has a private 2 car garage. There is additional guest parking available. Bringing a trailer? There are a few oversized parking spots on the north-west loop of the community. These are on a first come, first serve basis. You can also leave your boat at the Sand Hollow Marina lot (call Sand Hollow Lake for exact options)

Great Getaway!

Home had everything we needed and the pool was close enough we walked over several times a day. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made it so easy for multiple family’s to stay.

Comfortable Accommodations

Townhouse was clean and more than adequate for our needs. Located a little way from grocery stores and most restaurants. But for us it was ideal. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Easy access to I-15. Black Bear Diner was less than a mile away and serves a good breakfast. The only real negative was we could not watch the baseball playoffs on the TV as they did not have the channels. We would stay there again.

This was are third stay at holiday house. Only one comment, the top sheet in the master bedroom was for a twin or full bed not a king bed. There was no blanket other than the top chenille covering which just covered the top of the bed.

Holiday House update

It's a nice home and we enjoyed our stay. It has had some wear since last year. The dining room rug has rolled edges and can be a hazard and can cause a fall. No dish soap, dish cloth or dish towels. The sponge was “old”. It just needs some TLC.. The upstairs bathroom rug was either dirty or stained. The area is nice, the pool and spa were great. Hope to see you next year.

Nice area

Not a well kept unit. For being a newer unit, it has not been maintained well. Stains on the carpets and furniture. The bed sheets could be replaced. The cleaner could do better at vacuuming and moping before hand. The property management company responds quickly to any concerns.

Fun vaca home

We enjoyed all the space in the vacation rental. The rug under the kitchen table was rolled up at the edge and we kept tripping on it. It was particularly concerning when it happened with my mom who is in her 70s. There was tons of towels and blankets in the house. Kitchen was a little light of cookware options but I tend to cook more than most people on vacation. A cookie sheet or two would have been helpful. We also didn't have a key for the pool. We contacted the property manager and they tried to be helpful at getting us a key but the place they needed to get it from was closed for the weekend. We still had a great time. Just a couple little things that could have added to the experience.

Missing some details, but overall very nice

We stayed for a week over the holidays to visit family in the area. The property is excellent: clean, well-maintained, with amenities. Beds were clean with plenty of linens. The children's room was a hit with our kids and gave them plenty to do when the weather wasn't good. The dining room chairs had seen better days, but the table was big enough for 6. Communication with the property manager was clear and easy to follow. The only minor criticism is the lack of some items needed to take advantage of the property. For a seven-day stay, we were given 2 Tide pods for the washer and 4 dishwasher pods. The kitchen has a great gas range, but only a couple of cheap, flimsy pots and pans to use, with old plastic utensils. We spent about $20 on basic spices for cooking, because all that was provided was an old tin of iodized salt and a small pepper shaker. Overall, it was a great place, and I'd strongly consider going again when we come back. I would probably ship a kitchen set and detergents out beforehand, though.

A very nice and quiet place to stay.we had 5 senior women stay as we were playing in the Huntsman Senior Games. We liked it so much that we will probably arrange to stay there next October

Great location just minutes outside of St. George

This was so much better than renting two hotel rooms. Let's be honest, family vacations are usually just managaging kids in a different location, but this time the kids and adults had their own spaces and rooms so we were not all crammed into one room. The beds were great and the pool is within easy walking distance. Thanks for making this an acutal vacation for us!

Convenient and comfortable

Spent the weekend with grandparents and teenagers and everyone loved the home. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with the exception of drinking glasses. The TV was a little tricky to figure out but we didn’t need it much. We loved its proximity to the freeway as we traveled quite a bit.

Great stay, nice beds, awesome pool.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this house. The beds were very comfortable with snuggly blankets. The house was adequately furnished, but could add some plates and cups that we're kid safe. Also, it really only sleeps 8, not 10. The pool was heated and so fun to swim in and very close to the house. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed out stay here. House was perfect for our family. Room with the bunk beds was perfect for what we needed. Only thing we wish we had was pickle ball courts but we found some close by so not an issue really.

The beds were great, best sleep in a long time. The kids liked the room under the stairs as a Harry Potter room. The PS4 was locked and no other games available for children. The pool was great. The kitchen is lacking. Overall the stay was enjoyable

Family Road trip

We stayed for three nights, plenty of room for my 5 large teen/adult children. Thinking about renting it again later in the season. Kitchen could be stalked a little better as far as dishes, and no hand towels in any of the bathrooms. Other then that, we loved it! Pool was great too!!!

Perfect weekend stay

We loved this condo and it was perfect for our family. Our sons loved the bunk bed room and tv. Beds are all really comfortable, home was nice and clean. We also appreciated access to the garage - it made it SO nice to load and unload. This condo is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood but close (5-7 min drive) to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. We loved the pool / hot tub area too - lots of deck chairs and a really nice shallow end for the little ones.

4/28-5/03 Spacious home and comfortable beds

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was well supplied with everything we needed and it's a quick 1 minute walk to the pool. My kids were excited to use the Playstation but it took us quite a while to figure out how to set it up. A note with some instructions would have been really helpful. Also, it was missing the cords to connect the controllers so we had to borrow the Roku cord from the downstairs tv (we put it back before we left!) We all appreciated the cozy beds! We don't have cockroaches where we live so I don't if them getting in the house is unavoidable but we found a few cockroaches scurrying around inside the house. One was crawling down my leg as I got into the shower our first morning there, 😯 it must have been hiding in the washcloth that I grabbed out of the bathroom drawer. The night we first arrived, there was a horrible, rotten smell in the house. We discovered it was from food left in the garbage disposal. So a reminder for the cleaning crew...run the disposal to make sure there's no food in there, especially when the home is going to sit vacant for a few days before the next guests arrive. I hope i don't sound like a complainer because we loved staying at this beautuful house and would book it again in a heartbeat if we were in the area. Southern Utah is lovely and we enjoyed hiking and exploring the numerous surrounding parks and then being able to come back to the Holiday House to relax.

Beautiful home

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Holiday House. The home was beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood was nice. We loved having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. We would definitely stay here again.
