Our newest property at the Casitas at Sienna Hills is the perfect place for your family to escape! Located just off of Washington Parkway (exit 13), this beautiful home has plenty of space with an open concept living area to gather and enjoy each other's company. There are 3 bedrooms, each with their own En suite and smart TV, with sleeping space to fit the family.

The resort's community pool and hot tub are heated year-round for you to enjoy while staying here! In the cooler months you will see the warm steam pillow. In the summer, the sail shades cast a mild breeze. This pool is so nice, relaxing, and rewarding after a long day of adventuring throughout Southern Utah. The pool is within walking distance of the home, and pool towels are provided with the unit!

Located just minutes away from tons of shopping and restaurants in Washington it's also just a short drive to majestic Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, the Dunes, or your choice of renowned golf courses - plus all the fun the greater St George area has to offer. Looking for Adventure? There are endless trails to discover. This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is less than an hour away, Sand Hollow and Quail Creek are 15-20 min. Located just minutes away from tons of shopping and restaurants in Washington, and downtown St. George is only 15 min away. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience. Come to experience sunny St. George where your vacation is packed with adventure!

Room Configurations:

Primary Suite (downstairs) - King bed and private ensuite, Sleeps 2

Guest Suite (upstairs) - 2 Queen beds, Sleeps 4

Bunk Room (upstairs) - One twin size bunk bed with a trundle and a Queen bed with private ensuite, Sleeps 5.

Each bedroom has a smart TV. There is also a pack n play available in the home.

Parking: The home has a small garage and additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space, but must be un-hitched from support vehicle. There are extra-long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs.

Smoking: This is a strict NON SMOKING property. (This includes Vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.

There are no pets allowed at this property.

Family reunion

Came down with 3 adult children and their 2 fiance's for a family reunion. The house was perfect for us and everyone enjoyed the pool.

A beautiful location

We had a great stay here. You're surrounded by beautiful desert scenery and there's walking trails all around. Check in and check out were easy and the property was very nice. Easy access to the freeway. We would stay here again.

Perfect spot for our family trip

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for us and all our adult children. It was great that everyone had their own bathrooms. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and the property management was great to work with. Even when I left stuff behind they helped me get it back! Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful home, Great Location

We loved our stay! The home is so beautiful! It fit our whole family comfortably. It is located really close to the pool as well. Loved the accommodations from the property management company. They provide excellent shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and its good quality stuff you can tell! Can't wait for our next trip to St. George and will not consider staying with anyone other than Escape Properties.

Great place to stay in St Geroge

The bedrooms were very large. The master was downstairs which is hard to find in a condo. Upscale interior. Location was great, close to freeway. Garage parking was also nice. No TV service other than streaming, but plenty of TVs.

Case Lane

The house was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, towels for all of us. It was a good location with easy highway access. In the amenities list on the website, it states television which they do have 4 of them but just be sure you have your login & password available because there is NO CABLE!! There is no information booklet to navigate your way through the area (restaurants, stores, etc) No instructions on how to leave the house when you left.

Beautiful location and great house!

This house was great! We LOVED that it had 4 bathrooms, one for each room. The bed set ups were great and truly overall it was very clean , we had the cooking utensils we needed and it was great. The only issue we had was the internet. We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to stay on longer than about an hour to watch tv. None of the tvs would load the apps cause the Wi-Fi wasn’t getting a good signal. And so if we had the kids with us , it maybe would have been challenging . But luckily we didn’t need to much internet ! Would recommend and stay again! 🤗

Television in living room does not allow you to add apps ( ESPN , etc ) making it very challenging to watch any type of live sports. The tv needs updating. There is also no teapot in the house. Other than that everything is great.

Huntsman Games

Our 70+ basketball team played in the 3 on 3 basketball tourney, and some of us stayed in the condo. It met our needs well. The only negative was that you had to have a streaming subscription of your own to watch TV. When I called about watching the TV's, I was basically told they were smart TV's and there was no local or cable connection. Also, I appreciated the after-hours contact. They were more responsive than the day time contacts when I called. Overall, it was a good visit for us. We'd stay there again in the future.

Overall this was suited well for our group. However there was some frustration as the smoke alarms were beeping and were clearly due for batter change. We actually had to shut them off. Just seemed to be general maintenance things that needed tending to.

Great getaway!

We loved the property! Fit all of us! A bit of a walk to the pool. But we felt at home. Very clean! Had all the amenities we needed! Would definitely stay there again!
