We loved our stay. Home is in pristine condition. The rooms are larger than they appear in the pictures, usually it’s the opposite. Would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was so clean!! The kitchen was equipped with everything. The cabin is in a great location to Nashville and other areas. Beautiful area! I highly recommend.

Ladies' escape

The Red Bird was a lovely, comfortable, and exceptionally clean place to retreat to. Close enough to town, but far enough to be in the serenity of nature. We enjoyed our stay!
A red fox chased this racoon up the tree.
The friendly red cardinal that visited often.

Girls Weekend Getaway

The cabin and the property were beautiful. The kitchen had everything that you might need. We loved sitting on the back deck and listening to all of the birds. We had a great time and will book again!

Beautiful weekend in Brown County

The property was perfectly situated between Nashville (where we shopped) and also Yellowwood State Forest (where we hiked). The home was clean and comfy and in perfect co dition.

Roomy and Comfortable

Nice place for my group of 6. Roomy and comfortable. Enjoyed the large porch, clean, well stocked with necessities, close to Nashville, responsive owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Brown County Weekend

We have stayed in Brown County the first week of December for several years. This cabin was very welcoming. The area was quiet and provided plenty of parking. The cabin was well equipped and had all the necessary amenities (and then some). It was a relaxing stay!

Very peaceful

Our family had a great time at the cabin. The cabin was exactly how it was described, and beautiful! We visited Nashville, Bloomington and hiked at the brown county state park. The cabin provided us with a peaceful setting to come back to and relax. In the mornings we enjoyed the back deck and seen a couple of deers.

A great cabin

This is a wonderful property and I wish we could’ve spent more time exploring the city of Nashville. Unfortunately, massive storms came through the night we arrived and knocked out power to the entire city and with more storms in the forecast, it left us with no choice but to cut our trip a little short. Amanda was a wonderful host, was in contact with us the entire time, and even found a restaurant nearby with electricity where we could get some food and regroup. I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again soon.

Cabin in the woods

It is a beautiful cabin, with new everything. Well heated, Easy access. lovely setting. Easy exit. Plenty of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful

The property is surrounded by lovely trees. It was very hot when we were there but it would have been lovely to sit on the porch in the rocking chairs. Perfect for 2 couples or one couple with several children. We had three "girls" for a girls' weekend & it was perfect.

Girls trip

Beautiful home with a quiet back deck. The trees and woods add a lovely feel. Comfortable furniture and quaint cabin feel. The only negative thing would be that there was not a single wine glass. Brown county has many wineries and so we assumed there would be wine glasses available.

Delightful!

Three of us stayed for 2 nights. The cabin is new, and well-designed, with a wide front porch and a large back deck where we spent most of our time. The layout is open and welcoming, with comfy couches and some games and puzzles. The location is ideal - out in the woods but less than 10 minutes from a delightful town and hiking trails. Amanda was friendly in messages, and the arrival and checkout were easy, with clear instructions about wi-fi, pre-departure procedures, and local information provided. I would highly recommend this property!!

Great Stay

Beautiful Cabin! I need to be more careful when reading what is there. This is the first time we didn’t have shampoo and soap at our VRBO. Otherwise. We could not of been happier. It’s close to downtown Nashville. We loved sitting on the front porch and back deck and drink our coffee in the morning. Comfortable beds. Pillows a bit too thin. I would come back again. Thank You host family for sharing your wonderful cabin.

Hope to Return!

We had an amazing time at this rental! The location was perfect—quiet and private, surrounded by beautiful trees, which made for a peaceful getaway. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the fact that it was brand new was an added bonus! The layout worked perfectly for our family, and the spacious front and back porches were such a plus, giving us plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The kids especially loved the games and toys that were provided, especially the Magna-Tiles. We would absolutely love to stay here again and will be recommending this rental to our friends. Just a couple of minor things to note: the upstairs bathroom could use a window covering for more privacy, the water pressure was a bit low, and there was some laundry left in the dryer when we arrived, but it wasn’t an issue at all—just something to mention. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful cabin just outside Nashville! We (3couples) stayed the weekend to attend the "Rocket Man" show and to attend the Fall Festival. Everyone really enjoyed relaxing on the porch! The kitchen is nice and has almost everything we needed to make a couple of meals. We would definitely stay here again.
