Welcome to The Grey Goose!!! An unbelievable 3 level property overlooking the Smoky Mountains. This 4 bedroom luxury property is a premiere property in Sevier County. Breathtaking views, modern design, Restoration Hardware finishes, and INDOOR POOL make The Grey Goose the ultimate getaway where you will create lasting memories and will return to time and time again. The basement has 16 ft tall ceilings and has a loft in the basement!! Not to be outdone, the basement has the world's tallest Plinko game at 16 feet floor to ceiling!!!!!!! The basement is the ultimate party/entertainment area with an 85" TV for movies and sports, a loft with 55" tv with extra cozy seating along with an digital Infinity table to play all sorts of board games, the world's tallest vacation Plinko game, an indoor pool, ping pong and a huge outdoor hot tub. The main level is a beautifully decorated kitchen and living room with a stone fireplace over 24' tall, 2 master bedrooms and outdoor dining for 12. The upper level has a loft sitting area to take in the amazing views along with a master suite and a bunk room that has a triple full bunk sleeping 6. Every inch of this property was carefully thought out for our guests to feel like it is their 2nd home. The property is located in a gated community just 15 miles to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, 17 miles to Anakeesta, and 15 miles to Soaky Mountain Waterpark. The Grey Goose is close enough to all of the attractions but just far enough away to avoid the traffic and have the ultimate relaxing getaway. Plenty of parking allows for multiple guests and an EV charger is yours to use in the driveway. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and the basement has 2 half baths. Everything was beyond perfect. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked—everything you could possibly need is provided. The entire house was very clean — but we were especially impressed by the cleanliness of the indoor pool room. Usually indoor pools mean damp, mildewy basements but not AT ALL here. We had a great time swimming and really appreciated the childproof alarm to the pool room. The main reason we booked this house was for the view and we were not disappointed. It was incredible. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying. The drive up the mountain was winding and steep but beyond worth it. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Even better than the pictures!

The views are stunning! We were all in awe the entire weekend. The house felt spacious and easily accommodated our group of 7 adults and 1 6-year old. The beds and linens and furniture were all comfortable, and the property was really well stocked (think spices, Keurig, pots and pans, grilling and cooking utensils). We had everything we needed and more.The pool was very nice but the hot tub was incredible. Super clean with a stunning view at sunset. Quite a few games and a ping pong table. There was so much to do!The drive was also very reasonable — it felt easy and safe driving to and from the house even after dark. And we were 30 minutes from basically everything, including Dollywood. Lastly, Josh was a super communicative and kind host. While we never met face to face, we’d absolutely stay in one of his properties again.

Mountain Majesty

Grey Goose had EVERYTHING my family needed and more! I wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful views, luxurious comforts in every room, perfect pool / jacuzzi, games galore, party speaker, top of the line washer/dryer, book wall, even better than the pictures. It’s also close to everything in town. Josh was so helpful with anything we needed. The double rainbow was a bonus! 😊 We’ll be back!

Breathtaking!

Our family stayed at the Grey Goose recently for a spring break vacation and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay here. There is so much to do at the house and the views of the mountains are absolutely stunning! Whenever we weren’t out hiking or exploring Gatlinburg, our kids wanted to swim in the indoor pool, so we were very happy that we chose a place with this amenity. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The owner was also very responsive any time we had questions. We drove to the national park or into town nearly every day and it’s an easy drive to all these places. If you get stuck staying in the house because of bad weather, you will never be bored between the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, Plinko and other amenities. Whenever we end up going back to Sevierville / Gatlinburg in the future, this will definitely be our first choose of places to stay.

The Great Escape

This place is truly breathtaking! This is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed, which made it that much more enjoyable to just stay in. If you get groceries and plan well, you don’t need to go back out….trust me, you won’t want to leave. There is so much to do or not do at the cabin, if you prefer. We were fortunate enough to stay when it was snowing and it was breathtaking. The cabin is well equipped and communication with the property owner could not have been better. We can’t wait to go back!

Family Christmas Getaway

Had a wonderful time being all together with our 3 adult daughters and their husbands and children! The pool and hot tub was awesome!! A perfect home for a family reunion. We will be back!

The house is beautifully decorated and well designed for families. We made it a point to eat meals out on the deck because we knew we would miss the breathtaking views once we departed. Our kids loved the indoor pool, hot tub, ping-pong table and mostly the Infinity game table. We had a busy week planned, but they asked a couple of times if we could just stay at the house which is unlike them since they always want to be out. Kitchen is fully stocked, grill and appliances were great, beds are comfy, pillows are even comfier! The cleanest and most relaxing pool and hot tub! Safety is top priority with the gated community access, keypad entry and pool safety alarm. You can rest assured your children will be safe with the pool room alarm. There is something for everyone at this one-of-a-kind rental!

A vacation to remember!

This stay was so peaceful It made my mom state, that she now loves the mountains more than the beach! Everything was so clean and beautiful, but more than anything the Mountain View’s were real and even more breathtaking in person. We didn’t want to leave! Josh the host was an outstanding, knowledgeable and patient host! He was so inviting and accommodating. He has a guest for life!

We are Exclusive Cabins. Our family fell in love with East, TN in 2017, so much so we began purchasing property to build our dream 2nd home. This led to purchasing several parcels of land and we are now developing the premier properties in East TN. High School sweethearts that both graduated from Indiana University and now have 3 children (Aiden 19, Malia 16 and Madeline 13) and 2 dogs (Otis and Mookie). We love Sevier County and will be part of the community the rest of our lives. We put an incredible amount of effort into our properties so that you will fall in love with the area like we did.

It is strategically located just far enough away from the heavy traffic areas to have a quiet and peaceful stay, but close enough to experience everything the area has to offer. The views, the entertainment in the basement with the world's largest indoor plink and indoor pool, and the luxury finishes make this an extraordinary vacation property.

The home has 4 spacious bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. Sitting in a gated community with the most amazing views of the Smoky Mountains. An indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, and EV charger, tons of entertainment, privacy while still being close to the national park, Dollywood, Anakeesta, hiking trails and all the area has to offer.
