Cozy lake house in country setting 1 mile from Greer's Ferry Lake, Experience the peaceful and spacious surroundings of Edgemont, Arkansas with our vacation home rental. Perfect for a relaxing and tranquil getaway. Close to swimming, boating, fishing, golfing, hiking, biking, ATV trails, and horseback riding. It's only a 30-minute drive to fish hatchery, waterfalls, the dam or Arkansas Natural Bridge. In the evening gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stories of the day!

The host was fantastic! The place was super nice, well put together. Fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked coffee nook. All the appliances worked. The wrap around deck was great for the kids. Would absolutely stay again.

The property was very clean and Tobi even decorated the place for my wife's birthday!!! Tobi the host was very kind and easy to get in touch with. Overall it was a great place to stay!! We will definitely be going back in the near future.

I needed a place near Heber Springs and this place was perfect! Nice place, everything worked great, beds were excellent, bathrooms kitchen living room deck I tell you this is the place!!

Great spot !

It was an excellent location for us attending a family gathering in the area. Clean very clean property. Well furnished and the adjustable master bed has me wanting one. 10/10 can recommend large porch was an excellent fun place for the four year old to run some energy off. Host was communicating and helpful.

Owners have pretty much coverd it all. We loved the New, clean cozy feel and will absolutely be back!! Very accessible to the lake and it had everything we needed and way more.

Enjoyed our stay!

My husband and our fur baby and I enjoyed our stay here. Tobi was nice and answered all of our questions. The unit was very nice with lots of amenities. We brought our boat for the lake and the property is just a few minutes from Hill Creek boat launch. We will definitely be back!

Hidden Treasure!

What a hidden treasure for those who are not familiar with the Greers Ferry Area! The amenities that Tobi has put together for her guests are wonderful. A new beautiful home, everything you need including special treats! We were there for a death in our family and Tobi was so gracious and kind to extend our stay and help us with being flexible on her schedule. We will definitely be back again, hopefully for fun on the Lake next time! Thank you Tobi for working with us.

Cozy spot - perfect getaway!!!

Can not say enough about what a perfect spot this was for our family! We've never been the first to stay in a rental and were delighted that it was even better than expected. Great charm and every amenity that you could need in a stay. Tobi was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We cannot wait for our next visit already!!!!

My husband and I met in Ca. in the 70's as he was finishing his time in the navy. We married in 1990, remained in Ca. having great careers in the R&D field. We loved to vacation here at Greers Ferry Lake, so retired here in 2021. We have a nice 7.2-acre property with a beautiful home. We just added the 2024 Sunshine mobile home to our property. Now we can share this awesome location with others.

Location to the midway bridge cliffs, Hill Creek Park marina, Shiloh marina, Fairfield Bay ATV trails. It's just 30 minutes to Greers Ferry Dam, the Little Red River, the fish hatchery, waterfalls, The Natural Bridge, and plenty hiking.
On our property we see deer, raccoons, rabbits, armadillos and plenty of birds.

Above the we aren't bothered with mosquitos, and the humidity period is short and isn't bad.
