Great little house. The property is exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, well furnished, bed was very comfortable. Check in / check out process was easy, and communication was excellent. Loved that there was off street parking. Very close and convenient to dining etc. Location was ideal as it was two blocks was people I was in Tucson to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hoff House

We loved this cute little place. It was very clean inside. The location is great! We walked into town and local hot spots. The oranges on the tree are delicious! Communication and directions were timely and clear. Our host was very responsive.

Immaculate, Tastefully Appointed, and Centrally Located

A perfect place to get away, Hoff House was relaxing, clean, and situated in the perfect launching-off point to see Tucson’s beauty and experience its culture. The property was beautiful and the hosts were wonderfully communicative.

Hoff House is most excellent!

We enjoyed every single thing about our stay at Hoff House. Close enough to walk to everything while also quiet and peaceful. The unit layout was wonderful (bedroom set back from street and not too close to living room) and had absolutely everything we needed and was so comfortable. We really hated to leave and hope to return. It was truly excellent in every way.

Historic Hoff House

The location of this place is ideal for exploring Downtown Tucson, the shops on 4th Avenue, and fun restaurants like Corbett's which has pickleball courts. The property itself is cozy and in walking distance to a little market if you need any supplies!

A cozy house

A comfortable house located in an older area of Tucson. Very nicely redone with plenty of outlets for electronics. Within walking distance of downtown. I can't imagine more than 2 staying in this house. It has a very small bathroom.

Great city location

Traveled to Tuscon for vacation with my son. The home was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee machine, etc. Pull out couch in living room was perfect for my son. Parking in the back was super easy. Home is walking distance to 4th Ave with great shops and a terrific Co-op supermarket ("Food Conspiracy") which was great for all of our grocery needs. Be sure to check out El Charro Café and Seis Kitchen - both 1 mile from the property. Tuscon bike path is also 1 mile from the property and Tuscon Loop Bike Rentals was great. If back in Tuson, would definitiely stay here again.

Cute house great location

Loved being walking distance to Forth street and Congress! House was clean and had what we needed. Bring your own laundry detergent. Not provided. Temperature control in the bedroom is inconsistent. If you leave bedroom door open it’s better controlled. I would not stay here with more than two people but it was perfect for a couple getaway for a weekend! Clean and secure.

Beautiful Property In Heart of Tucson

If I could leave more stars I would. Everything about my experience was A+. They made accommodations for an early check in due to my flight arriving in the early afternoon. The hosts responded quicky every time I had a question, and always checked up to make sure I didn’t need anything. Such a cute home, in walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and activities. Highly recommend this place over any hotel or other property in the area. I will be back!

Great downtown location

The highlights of this place are that it’s very clean, thoughtfully decorated, walkable to downtown with restaurants and coffee shops. The pullout couch is actually comfortable! The living room can then become a second bedroom. Plenty of hot water. Some things to note, as the listing states it is near train tracks so the train can be heard, though it didn’t bother us. Also being near downtown means a little extra noise. If being dropped off by uber, it can be a bit odd in that access is from the back of the house which is around the corner on the next street. But it’s a great little place and well cared for! Would recommend.
