Enter your unique access code (provided before check-in) to open the front door. Make a right and take 2 steps towards your door + enter. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa, plentiful throw pillows and blankets, and a Firestick-equipped 42" TV for enjoying your favorite shows or movies.

Through an archway, the dining room has seating for up to 4 around an inviting table. There is a desk for dedicated workspace, extra lighting, and a comfortable chair.

Next, walk into the fully-stocked kitchen equipped with cookware, appliances, spices, coffee, and tea. You will have the luxury of creating any meal you desire with brand-new pots and pans, knives, and utensils. Appliances include fridge, microwave, oven, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle. There is not a dishwasher.

Through the back hallway you will find 2 bedrooms with queen beds, luxurious bedding, dressers, closets, full-length mirrors, and blackout curtains. Each room has its own unique vibe. Enjoy views of a quintessential Pittsburgh valley and the promise of a new day as the sunrise peeks through your bedroom windows.

Between the bedrooms is one full bathroom with a starter set of toiletries and TP. There are soft towels and linens for your stay.

There are 3 window AC units for cooling in the summer months. 2 are permanently fixed in the bedroom window. 1 premium Midea portable unit is available for you to install in any room that is best for you. It is located in the bedroom closet space for your convenience.

Your heated garage space, storage space, and washer + dryer can be found down 1 flight of steps in the basement. This a shared space with your hosts.

* The neighborhood is hilly but walkable, with a nearby track just a few blocks away. The space is situated on a main road, so the living room and dining room frequently have background noise. With this in mind, I did my best to provide guests with portable noise machines and fans to improve the serenity. We live in a city after all :). There is a church across the street that plays bells daily - while I think this is charming, you may think otherwise. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a silent stay, this may not be the place for you. *

** 2 cats live upstairs - there is no direct air circulation between upstairs and downstairs, however, please be aware if you are allergic!**

Safe, walkable neighborhood. <20 minute drive to anywhere in the city, 10 minute drive to Downtown!
On a bus line for easy transportation. 2 minute walk to convenience store, 10 minute walk to starbucks, grocery store, restaurants, and more!

Plenty of free street parking available in front of the house and on side streets. You will have access to 1 garage space in rear of the house.

→ There is a camera above the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately.
→ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control.
→ We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay.
→ ALL animals MUST be house-trained. Any damage caused by animals will be repaired or replaced is the sole financial responsibility of the guest and you will be billed for the damage.
→ALL animals must have current proof of vaccination and flea and tick prevention. No animals allowed into property that have not been approved by host.
→ Guests may not touch, use, or tamper with any items stored or existing in the common spaces unless explicitly mentioned (garage space, washer and dryer labeled unit 1). These are the personal property of the hosts.
→ Amazon Firestick is provided but you must use your personal account information to log in and access streaming services.
