Venga a visitar nuestra casa adosada en el río en Frisco. Tenemos 2 dormitorios y 2 baños .5 sentado justo en el río ya una cuadra del centro de Frisco. Cerca de esquí, senderismo, ciclismo y paseos en bote. Nueva cocina totalmente amueblada y un baño nuevo y hermoso en el piso principal con una sala de estar que da a la terraza y al río. Arriba hay un dormitorio principal con un lavabo privado y una cama king. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas gemelas nuevas y un televisor de pantalla plana. Hay un baño completo en este medio baño en el maestro. También hay un garaje para 1 automóvil para mantener su auto caliente en el invierno. Consideraremos perros y tenemos un mínimo de 3 noches. Lo siento, no hay gatos.

Great location

I took a last minute Ski trip to Colorado and wanted to ski both Breck and Vail. Perfect location for both. The property was wonderful and an added benefit is the wonderful stream running behind the house. So beautiful!

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at this quiet and comfortable property with an excellent location in Frisco! We like staying in different places when visiting Summit county but hope to return to this one again in future visits!

Quick Ski Trip

The property was perfect for a quick weekend ski trip to copper, with three adults. The house was very clean and a perfect location. Frisco is a little gem of a ski town…shhhh don’t tell anyone! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Frisco vacation

Great property for a skiing getaway. Spent 2 weeks and hated to leave. Property is well appointed if you want to stay home and cook but is conveniently located for walking to many Frisco restaurants.

Good accommodations close to town!

We loved being able to walk into Frisco; the townhome is in beautiful, quiet surroundings with amazing view of stars at night, yet very close to town. Everything is as shown in pictures and as listed. Beds comfortable and being able to park in the garage is a bonus. Bathrooms and kitchen updated; we cooked in one evening and found what we needed for preparation.

Great ski and town access

Great location close to the ski resorts. Property was exactly what we were looking for in a few day trip to do some skiing and mountain town shopping. We also appreciated how quiet it was and liked the no pets policy. Property manager was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay there again.

Owners helped with us not being smart enough to open the garage and made our stay very nice and welcoming. The property is beautiful

Great location, great space!

Extremely kind and accommodating owners. Right around the corner and a 2 min. walk from downtown Frisco, which was a nice surprise! The townhome had everything we needed, comfortable beds, warm fireplace which is a must after a day of skiing! We would stay again. Thank you Colleen and Jim!

Chilly beginning of summer in Frisco

Beautiful location, right on the river!! Townhome very clean. Best well stocked rental ever with VRBO, lots of towels, blankets, kitchen necessities (even spices). Coleen was very responsive to any questions.

I love this townhouse! It is walking distance town and the ski shuttle and it has everything you need! Colleen and Jim are so easy to work with and are very kind to allow your dog. There is a lovely gas stove and a back deck right next to the river! The kitchen, baths, and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.

Comfortable & Close To Town Stay

A comfortable, clean, and pleasant home that is perfectly close to Frisco. The updates are appreciated. Having use of the garage made storing of ski equipment very beneficial. Communication with the owner is perfect. We would return.

Nice holiday break

It was great that I got to bring my dog. Easy access to walk him although it was cold and VERY slippery on the front deck. Beds were comfy. The stove was a nice way to warm up the living space. The kitchen is well stocked. Having a garage was very nice as we originally intended to have two cars but only two of us ended up going. The location is so close to town but because it was so cold and slippery we drove every time we went in to town. The view out the back is wonderful overlooking the creek. The townhome itself is kind of dark as it is narrow with windows on the back side and a small window in the front door. It lacks a bit in the cheeriness department in the winter with dark cabinets and dark brown furniture though there is plenty of reading light.

Don't Bring your dog(s) - NOT pet friendly unless you want to pay

This townhouse is "dog friendly" they say - however no matter how careful you are there will be dog hairs left behind, that is the reality of owning a dog. Their cleaning ladies will then report to them that they spend "extra time" due to dog hair all over the furniture (not possible) and even on the stove! They will then take your deposit, in our case they took half of it claiming the cleaning ladies charged extra due to the dog hair. In my opinion whenever there is a dog - they will claim extra money needed for cleaning. Either the cleaning people are scamming them or they are scamming their renters, either way its unfair. They didn't even contact us in advance to tell us they would be taking half our deposit, they just simply sent half back, we didn't even get the chance to explain that the dog hair in the house was NOT the same color as ours. The location of the townhouse is amazing, but everything is very old- esp the heating system. It was also very cold when we got there and took the house half the day to get warm - not ideal with a small baby. Bed was very comfortable, upstairs shower super old. Also washer / dryer were ancient. Owners are nice people but I will not be renting here again due to the deposit issue.

The condo was amazing, so cozy and had everything we needed!!

An amazing condo on the river and near walking trails and downtown Frisco. A large unit with lots of space for everyone. Double hot water heaters means plenty of hot showers after skiing. Had a great stay and Colleen was very responsive.

Perfect location to town

This townhouse had everything we needed. It was well stocked. The owners were easy to deal with, and readily available when we needed them Our favorite thing about it is going out on the deck being right on the river! The aspens were perfect in color. This location made it easy to go all over Summit County. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks Colleen

Perfect get away

Colleen was super great to communicate with throughout the whole process. Very responsive to all our questions. The condo was exactly as expected. We slept great, the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and dessert. Location was perfect, walking to Main Street was super quick. Would stay here again.

Great Place

We skied Copper 4 days in a row, and this was the perfect location. We could get out of the ski village and come back to a spacious home base. Frisco has many fun dining and souvenir options, so the kids were thrilled.

Best location in summit county. Fifteen minutes from 4 major ski ares and not to mention hiking , biking and boating. We are one block from over 30 shops and restaurants in dt Frisco.
