This place is awesome! One of my favorite VRBO rentals that I’ve stayed in! Clean and inviting and the amenities were great! The property was an extra bonus! Fire pit area with bar cabin right there. Waterfalls and walking trails,I highly recommend anyone to try this place out!

I was honestly blown away by this property. The location was gorgeous. You could hike around the property if you wanted and never get bored. The house was, without a doubt, the cleanest rental property that I have ever visited for vacation. My husband and I prefer to cook, as we travel with our dogs, and the kitchen was perfect for us. We used the grill all week long and we couldn't have been happier.The hot tub was PERFECTION when we would get back from hiking each day. It was clean and very relaxing.The only thing I would mention, and this is just for people that plan to spend a great deal of time in the hot tub, is the quantity of towels provided for your stay. We had eight towels for the week as they actually provide four for each bedroom, but we did have to purchase some towels for the hot tub. This isn't even a complaint on my part. It is just to let people know to plan accordingly. I truly loved the house and the area. I would suggest it to anyone looking for a relaxing AND CLEAN place to spend your vacation. We contacted the hosting company for a couple of questions while we were there and they were amazingly helpful - very nice and responsive to our needs.

Though the cabin was remote and somewhat far away from many of the trails, it was a beautiful house

It was a beautiful home in a beautiful and quiet setting. We enjoyed using the hot tub and fire pit and the back porch for reading and eating outside.

Fantastic Property

The Rocky Villa is a really great property to enjoy if you're in/near Hocking Hills. It's very off the beaten path, although there are some homes around it, but the driveway is long and the home is far enough away that no one really sees you. Great layout for two couples or a family. Would 10/10 stay here again. It's a little on the pricey side, but we thought it was a great value.

The house and surroundings are absolutely incredible. We used the hot tub every night. The location was perfect for the different surrounding hikes and getting to Logan quickly. A note to future guests that they do not provide basics in the kitchen, so bring your own oil, spices, etc. if you're cooking. Also would be great if the host provided a broom/dust pan, baking pans, and a couple of extra kitchen dish towels, so perhaps ask for those before arrival. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend at The Rocky Villa. We were really impressed with the waterfalls. The picture of the water doesn't do it justice. Wish we had more places to dry our towels and clothes in the house and the freezer was dirty because something exploded previously and not cleaned up. We tried our best to clean it. The sauna was a little tricky until we read the on-line manual. The hot tub was nice and clean. Overall the house and property set-up is amazing and we would rent it again in the future!

Beautiful property with communication issues

The property was clean and the atmosphere was wonderful. We did have a septic tank alarm that went off for several hours of our last vacation day and the communication between the office, maintenance staff, and septic repair man to us about how long it would last, if it was still functional, and the time for repair could have been better. The property manager was able to resolve our concerns the following day and did provide for the time the property was not available to use due to the alarm

Secluded, relaxing getaway

We loved the peaceful scenery. The location was private, and the waterfalls were gorgeous to look at and listen to from the back deck. We had a great stay enjoying the trails but also cooking, relaxing and playing games at the cabin.

Our stay was AMAZING! The sauna pod and hot tub were perfect for the chilly weekend weather!

We had booked a cabin in July with bookhocking and had issues and the owners made it right, and our latest day in the new cabin was absolutely amazing. The decor in the cabin was perfect, the location is great, hot water, comfortable beds, sauna pod, hot tub. There was still some snow left on the ground so it made for the most beautiful landscape to look at while in the hot tub. Everyone we sent pictures to said , “where is this?” Will definitely be back!

Peaceful and quiet.

Rocky Villa is a beautifully decorated home situated on a unique property with many outdoor features

Spacious, beautifully decorated living room with fireplace and huge TV. Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and bedding. The stairs in back leads from the deck down to a lighted covered bridge, a fire pit, and the Rocky Villa Bar. Just a gorgeous natural setting to explore.

Fabulous! Perfect place to relax.

We went with another couple to hike Hocking Hills. The Rocky Villa is perfect for two couples. We both had our own beautiful bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed. We loved that they had our favorite Starbucks coffee for the Keurig. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking all day. The barbecue worked out well since they are not many restaurants around Hocking Hills. The property was so private. Honestly one of the nicest rental units we have ever stayed in! More hooks are needed.

This is an amazing modern cabin in a beautiful secluded spot!

We loved the layout of the house, it was perfect for our group. Our kids had a blast playing in the water and the adults loved the firepit at nighttime.
