Welcome to Thornwood — our brand NEW breath-taking cabin that’s just 10 Minutes from Downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, yet also situated on the mountaintops with endless views.

Thornwood is equipped with a theatre, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and games galore! And with 6 bedrooms (one of which is an open loft space), 5 full baths + 2 half baths, and with a completely paved drive up and easy flat parking — you can bring the whole crew!

We will be available via Airbnb before, during and after your stay.

Guests have access to the entire cabin.

* Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with a king bed and en-suite bathroom (1 en-suite is also shared with the bunks in the loft); Additional bunk area in the loft with 2 twin XL over twin XL bunk beds
* Main level: 2 bedrooms each with a king bed and en-suite bathroom
* Downstairs: 1 bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom

* Pet Policy: Dogs only - $150 non-refundable pet service fee. Only potty-trained dogs over 2 years old and under 35 lbs. Up to 2 dogs max. Must be well-trained and do not chew. Cannot be left in the cabin alone unless crated. If we find that you have failed to adhere to the policy (exceed max number of dogs, weight of dogs, etc) we will reserve the right to assess a minimum fine of $300.

* Age Policy: Must be over 25 years old to book. Must have supervision of adult over 25 years old at all times.

**Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.
