This new and spacious custom 4BR/3.5BA, 2,250sqft home comfortably accommodates and sleeps 10 adults + 4 kids. New Hot tub!

Explore the 1st level further to discover a welcoming family/game room with tons of natural light, three abundantly sized bedrooms with dedicated closets, and two modern full bathrooms. Situated on the 2nd level of the immaculately styled abode, you are greeted with an organically flowing floorplan, a primary bedroom w/full bathroom, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, powder room, and a fully equipped, open concept kitchen featuring a 9’ breakfast bar with 4 barstools, stainless-steel appliances, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, dishes, and flatware (12 sets), and a dining room with a table for up to 10 guests. Adjoining the area, the expansive living room includes an ambiance-inducing gas fireplace and sliding glass doors to the impressive 350sqft balcony, which has a BBQ grill (propane/grillware included) and intoxicating views of Mount Snow. Laugh with friends and sip coffee, while admiring a colorful and picturesque sunset!
