Kudu Kabin is a NEW luxury cabin located in the Winding Creek Reserve neighborhood just minutes away from the best attractions! This custom cabin houses two master suites with a king bed & two bunk rooms. Every bedroom also has its own comfy bedding and mounted flat screen TV and bathroom. Sleeps 12. Outside showcases a covered deck, hot tub, fireplace with seating, mounted TV, firepit, and plenty of parking spaces.

In the detached part of the house

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little furry bundles of joy. We allow 2 pet maximum. Pets must be crated when owner's are not in the cabin. Pet deposit is required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower

- 4 dishwasher pods

- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee

- Small powder creamer

- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
